always 20 min wait...orders are constantly wrong. I've yet to have a order correct! they suck

They’re always nice when I come in. Sometimes they are busy but they do take time in asking me if I need anything extra like a drink tray or smiling while telling me have a good day. I never go through drive thru, so I can’t say anything on that but walking in is almost always perfect. They do keep it extremely clean as well. Bathrooms do need a little touch up when they’re really busy, but I do understand you’ll need all hands sometimes. I only mention it because I said the comment about cleanliness.

Ordered an m&m mcflurry recently and it was literally all m&m’s I could’nt even eat itHad little/to no ice cream. Also drive thru girls can’t talk, if you say “thank you” they won’t respond at all, then they wonder why people are rude.
The food was good was warm, took a while, but they didn't have a carpet in the entrance or a wet sign. I took a step in and slipped landing hard on my hand, hitting my back against the wall.
