They’re always nice when I come in. Sometimes they are busy but they do take time in asking me if I need anything extra like a drink tray or smiling while telling me have a good day. I never go through drive thru, so I can’t say anything on that but walking in is almost always perfect. They do keep it extremely clean as well. got my sweet tea extremely sweet, wasn't able to drink it, I purchased 2 they were both the same, had to throw it away, went yesterday again, placed my order online, I parked for my order to be curbside then my order said there was an error, went to the speaker in dt and told them about my online order, they said system was down I proceeded to the window to pay for my coffees, purchased 3 I asked for 6 cream n 6 sugar for each n one of them, didn't give me enough sugar...
I'm giving this location 3 stars because they do not honor deals like mix n match etc. Also, the service is usually not friendly. I'd say service is a hit or miss, but it's more like unfriendly 7 out ten times.
