I feel quite disappointed I paid for a heart cake and they gave me something totally horrible and even reluctantly they are only waiting to collect and no longer of what the customer wants I would never buy again there is the cashier very Hateful

Daisy was EXTREMELY nasty and rude to me. A customer before me ordered 40 cookies and had to wait for them to cook. I came behind him and ordered 18 chocolate chip and was willing to wait as well since they only had 6 chocolate cookies left.I told them since I had to wait for the cookies to cook, please give me all of them fresh and the employee said it was okay BEFORE I paid. When the cookies were ready, Daisy wanted me to take the old cookies and I made it clear that I was told I could have everything fresh since I waited 30 mins. She then lied and said I yelled at her employee. She began to argue with me until security came. All over some cookies. Just give me my cookies fresh. You shouldn't have ran out in the first place. Expecting someone to take 6 old cookies and 12 fresh is ridiculous. This is what happens when you hire kids and make them a manager. Terrible customer skills and rude when it was unnecessary. Calling security over cookies is crazy. I was patient enough to wait 30 mins, why not just give me everything fresh when I paid for it? Daisy should be trained to treat customers with respect. Instead she walks around wanting you to know she's the boss. These reviews are not negative for no reason.

First time trying Mrs. fields and I loved it. The freshness of the cookies were right on point. My favorite, macadamia nut. The customer service was top notch. The lady in charge was super sweet & professional.

I ordered a birthday cookie for my daughter’s birthday and the cookie wasn’t what I expected it to be. It was not fresh tasted very old and like it was made ages ago.I was made to wait 24 hours so I assume they will be fresh but it wasn’t.
