As I received my order, I noticed the fries were a bit overcooked. I told the server that I didn’t want my fries so dark and cooked hard. His response was “They’re all like that” instead of just taking them back and preparing an order of fries to my liking. Which I find to be unacceptable and very poor customer service

Stopped by while shopping bought 2 chicken pitas with everything with cheese and peppers on the side. They forgot to add the cheese and when we went back the young lady at the register had a complete ATTITUDE then proceeded to tell me we didn’t charge you for it that it was $3 for 2 slices. Which is fine but why the attitude???? I see now why we was the only ones at the counter. So many businesses don’t know that 1st person of contact can make or break your business
