I’m sorry I loved the people and honestly I only went for my mom‘s birthday, but this is the last time I’ll be visiting any Olive Garden anywhere for a long time every Olive Garden I have went to is either bland food, or burnt and overcooked, and just lack of good alcoholic beverages. I refuse to keep spending money with this company

Yes that’s raw undercooked chicken.

If you're craving Olive Garden go to the one in Burbank. The North Riverside location is AWFUL. The soups were watered down the breadsticks were hard & chewy. (They tasted as if they had been warmed in a microwave.) Even the salad was bad with brown wilted lettuce throughout. The service was even worse. We were seated & waited 20 minutes for our waitress. In an empty restaurant. She seemed upset that we asked for water. The booth & table were very dirty. I'm glad this wasn't my first OG visit; if the Riverside location had been then I never would have eaten at another OG. Go to the Burbank location! They get 5 stars across the board!!!!

A bit overpriced for the quality of food they serve.
For that kind of money, I can go to true Italian Restaurant

This Olive Garden has always been one of our go-to spots for me and my kids who love coming here! The food is consistently delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it’s always been a great place for families.

On our most recent visit, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the manager is actually a client of mine! She went above and beyond to take extra care of us, which made the experience even more special. That said, even before we made that connection, we’ve always had wonderful service and enjoyable meals here.

Big thanks to the entire team—and especially the manager Samantha for making Olive Garden feel like a second home for our family. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

Our waitress Miranda was great. The rest was poor.Dear owner, If patrons order a bottle of wine from the menu, make sure the bottle they get is a new, unopen bottle. Not a previously used, stained already open bottle. Oh and please, clean glassware is also important. Our wine glasses were so dirty, full of finger prints etc. Giving these advices for your customers which I will never be again.

My fiancé had been craving Olive Garden, so we decided to visit this location today. We were seated right away, and the waiter was friendly but not very attentive.

When our food came, the noodles were overcooked. I asked for cheese for my meal, and my fiancé asked for his to be remade. The waiter took my fiancé’s plate and the cheese but never brought the cheese back until the new meal was ready—by then, I had lost my appetite and told my fiancé to just eat.

The waiter did apologize, but the manager never came to check on us or address the situation. Overall, the experience was very unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Everything was good but we ordered the endless sauce and only received once and it wasn’t even the one we wanted and they never changed it. When the food came out we had to wait about 8-10 minutes to get grated cheese the waitress kept apologizing but still couldn’t manage to do things right I felt bad for her.

This place always seems dirty but I can never get enough of the endless soup and salad. They pick the best tomatoes for the salad. Paired with my kid getting a kids meal we leave paying less than 28 bucks.

Overall the food was good and the server that served me and my family was very kind and friendly, One problem was that my dad had called in to talk to the front lady and tell her about my birthday as a surprise and she was even reminded once we got there and she even came up to ask my dad my name, so she knew she was supposed to atleast bring out a little piece of cake and sing happy birthday, but she didnt do anything. she passe by us plenty of times and still nothing. And even as we left you can tell she realized she “forgot” and still tried to avoid eye contact bc she knew. It’s unbelievable and disappointing that my dad was trying plan a little surprise for me and the worker didn’t fulfill that. i would somewhat understand if it was busy but when we got there it wasnt busy. it wouldve been a 5 star but just that part was very disappointing!
