Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This location has awesome customer service. I started out having a not so good experience due to my entrée arriving before my Appetizers. The manager by the name of Irene,M Was so courteous and warm welcoming she Covered my bill, which was so unexpected. Irene personally thank you and I hope that your manager sees this you receive some sort of recognition for how you treat your customers at this location again thank you will be returning!

The food was good. You could tell our table had not been wiped off real good. The bathrooms needed some tlc. Our waitress was friendly.

Had a great evening at the Garden. Victor was an incredible waiter and made us feel very at home, give that man a raise. The price for food portions was rly good too

I was really excited to go to Olive Garden it was my first time and I heard really good thing about it from TikTok. This location stinks. I’m use to cheese smell but this wasn’t a cheese smell. It was like a moldy musty smell. The wait wasn’t too long, but our waitress acted as if she didn’t want to be there. She had an attitude. When the bread arrived it was burnt!! and my pasta was very hard. And there was gnat all over the table. The salad was just thrown together. It was big chunks of onions and tomatoes… like they could have cut it down some??!? I didn’t eat too much of that because two gnats started crawling on it. The raspberry lemon was too sweet. The waitress a sked my sister if she wanted containers but she never asked me. I had to ask her for some. Most restaurants say hey do you guys want containers to go instead of turning to one person individually and asking if they wanted containers. she never asked if we want refills Although our services were terrible, we were going to leave a tip until we noticed there was a Gratuity charge. Google said that Olive Garden doesn’t do gratitude charges if it’s only two people it was only my sister and I yet we were still charged of gratuity charge. I won’t be returning to this Olive Garden Really bad experience very dirty and I honestly feel sick after leaving

Me & my family went there for dinner had a great time very friendly people and very polite employees our server Jorge was great kept on checking if we needed any refills, more salads , soups food served was very hot , we also met the manager ms.dominguesz she was going around to see if we needed anything & check how was the service , I highly recommend this location to go there

Julián R is the worst server I’ve ever met. I felt rushed and pressured to order and he seemed like he was in a bad mood and seemed like he didn’t want to serve us. My partner found a piece of plastic in his food and he ignored us when we told him. Never coming back here again !!

They made us wait a whole hour and we still didn’t receive our food . Our drinks were empty and the server was on her phone the whole time even after asking us for refills . She took 20 minutes to serve us refills .

I placed a pickup order. The first breadstick that I took out of the bag had a bug cooked into the back of it. At first glance I thought it was seasoning, but once I took it out, you can clearly see it is a bug. I tried to get ahold of a manager, but after being disconnected and then sitting on hold with nobody picking up, I stopped wasting my time. Check your food before you eat it from here.

This is the worst olive garden by far the service is absolutely the worst our waitress was good but very busy and no help at all everyone was complaining and someone even asked for manager which never came to address complaint by upset customer.
