This PE seems a little under staffed, compared to others I have eaten at.
Never had a bad experience until today .
The cashier Yuu( I think her name badge said that) was with an attitude. Looks like she hates her job .
My order was not ready that I placed online which is fine but don't keep me standing there for 15 minutes without communicating that my order is been worked on while 3 other online orders were been picked up and other customers are in line and getting there food faster than me .
I asked if my order was been worked on and she wasn't too happy I asked .
Jobs are not easy especially in customer service and if I'm been polite and respectful I expect the same treatment.
Never again.
Manager was rude to me and my fiance. Don't come here. Not all panda express are bad! This one is bad!
Service was slow and the rice was not cooked well! Not going there no more!

This is by far the worst Panda Express, I have ever gone to. The assistant manager Javi has horrible customer service and acts as if he's the only person working, and doesn't utilize his team. He is very rude to his other team members as well. His actions make it so that the customers have to wait longer for their food. Highly suggest going to a different Panda Express and Panda Express needs to look into hiring some different managers.
Unable to deliver the food order due to door dash stealing the food.
After 90 minutes of waiting for delivery of a small order, I got a text saying the order had been cancelled because a door dash driver took it without reporting it. Never again.
A girl named julissa was rude today as I went in there to purchase food for my family after a long day of property showings . I honestly feel if the girl cant handle it job wise, she should stay home ,i told her to relax and she wanted to treat me some type of way after the 2nd time. how do you give a customer who askes for chilie Sauce and order almost 60.00 of food get 3 sauces then when i asked her for more she rolled her eyes and gives me more then she tells me what you want more with an attitude. Made me feel as if I was asking for charity and I dont ask for charity if I pay for food I expect good service period. I get it ur busy and maybe upset but i will report it to the BBB i hate wasting my time with teens that don't like there job or work environment and the customer shouldn't stand there and take ur attitude. I stopped her as she was charging me and told her to relax because I was a general manager and I understand the pressure of running restaurants but dont treat customers rudely not there fault . Thats how you loose them (customers) ill be fallowing up because i wouldn't want to stop going there because I dont want to see her face i have a propertyclose by and i shouldnt have to go else where because of her nasty attitude. The food wasn't enjoyable after that . When i told her to relax because she was rude her face turned white someone needed to tell her something . Im not asking for charity next time somekone askes for sauce hand them at least 7or 8 seems very tacki to give the 3 !! Also I never used the app to redeem and if you check ur cameras you see me showing her my phone so she can show me how to do it and she points to the scanner and doesn't say anything at all . Like I said rude I hope I don't cross her because I will embarrass her next time.

They need more staff. I waited 20 minutes because one was serving customers and the other was cashing people out as they came instead of helping her coworker. PLEASE hire more people
I very rarely post reviews, but my experience at this Panda Express was exemplary. The staff was courteous, quick, and seemed to enjoy being there. The food was fresh - both in ingredients and time since being made. The women’s bathroom was exceptionally clean (I can’t speak on the men’s but imagine it was similarly clean).
Should have enough food being prepared if you have a line , and you wait until the last is almost gone to tell chef Need extra ? Why have a line and people still have to wait no only in the line , but also to wait on the food to get done . ? Poor service .

No doubt this is the busiest panda I have ever been to. I am only leaving a review because I had to recognize the cook named Pancho there. The man has an unmatched work ethic, speed, and accuracy that I have ever seen at a Panda Restaurant. Management would be very smart to taking care of this man.
