Came to grab a quick bite with my son and husband. After I paid I went back up to the register because there weren’t any spoons and I needed one to feed my 15 month old. I asked do you have any spoons and the employee just responded no. I walked away thinking wow weird and that I need to remember to pack utensils for the baby. As we’re finishing eating another employee comes out and restocks the spoons. Just frustrating to be lied to for no reason? I know she heard me. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Ordered steamed rice and when i took a bite out of it, it was a hard as a rock. not only that, the lady forgot to give me utensils. i had found that out halfway home when i wanted to stop and eat before arriving home

Terrible service! There was a line out the door, slow moving staff, no food prepared, everyone was waiting, they need more staff. Our food was cold because it was sitting in the counter for far too long and others getting their food orders before us and we were only a party of 2!

Definitely not coming back here.

I eat panda for lunch once or twice a month. Lately my Beef & Broccoli turned into broccoli with a splash of beef juice. Unacceptable. (2 pieces of beef and the rest was from the chicken & mushrooms)

The workers are soooo damn slow. Its the same two slow girls just standing there. They take one persons order then do an online order then talk and walk around. They put your food to the side and you have to wait a long time to pay. Take another persons order, put the food to side and wait again. Its like 10 lunches on the side already cold and no one can pay. Everytime I go on my lunch it takes 30 minutes to get my food even if I do doordash pick up I still have to wait. The food is really greasy and sugary Ifeel like they just keep reheating old food. I also have found that the orange chicken is always raw.

Had a bad experience with service. The manager walked off on a li ch rush to talk to another worker who was texting amd everyone of the other workers just stared at us. Im on lunch I get 30 minutes 15 was spent just getting a 2 entree and the place was dead. They claim shes training but she was clearly on her phone texting. A manager should know to keep surving because 11am is a lunch rush. And the cashier on shift right now was doing take out orders instead of helping us. Picture taken right after he helped me get my food but I had to say something.

Terrible service here 3 times I've ordered here on the app every time the order has been late. No fortune cookies and nothing extra for the trouble. Just Terrible can anyone tell me of a better location please!
