Terrible service! There was a line out the door, slow moving staff, no food prepared, everyone was waiting, they need more staff. Our food was cold because it was sitting in the counter for far too long and others getting their food orders before us and we were only a party of 2!
Definitely not coming back here.

I eat panda for lunch once or twice a month. Lately my Beef & Broccoli turned into broccoli with a splash of beef juice. Unacceptable. (2 pieces of beef and the rest was from the chicken & mushrooms)

The workers are soooo damn slow. Its the same two slow girls just standing there. They take one persons order then do an online order then talk and walk around. They put your food to the side and you have to wait a long time to pay. Take another persons order, put the food to side and wait again. Its like 10 lunches on the side already cold and no one can pay. Everytime I go on my lunch it takes 30 minutes to get my food even if I do doordash pick up I still have to wait. The food is really greasy and sugary Ifeel like they just keep reheating old food. I also have found that the orange chicken is always raw.

Had a bad experience with service. The manager walked off on a li ch rush to talk to another worker who was texting amd everyone of the other workers just stared at us. Im on lunch I get 30 minutes 15 was spent just getting a 2 entree and the place was dead. They claim shes training but she was clearly on her phone texting. A manager should know to keep surving because 11am is a lunch rush. And the cashier on shift right now was doing take out orders instead of helping us. Picture taken right after he helped me get my food but I had to say something.

They never, ever have their iced tea machine working. I've been going to this location off and on for two years. Not once has it ever worked. At some point, you'd think management would just remove the machine since they're clearly never going to use it.

This location is TERRIBLE , I ordered online pickup said it was ready at a certain time they handed me the food after more than 20 mins of set time , they kept asking who and why are we here for , kept servicing everyone else , more than 10 people left before us , when online orders are a priority no ? And they ordered the same items as us .which were family meals , I get it it’s rush hour , but Dammmm learn how to manage everyone , and then we got food poisoning to top it all off
Save yourself the trouble and go across the street to China max in the mall. So pissed. My kid order panda a lot for delivery through their website and each time it’s wrong, old, full of grease (literally can see the pool of grease at the bottom of the soft popcorn chicken) or brown super greens. They offer replacement meals for free but even those come wrong. Today, we received our order via delivery and the rice is hard/half cooked with black specs from the pot it was cooked in, it’s even in my son’s orange chicken! and with wrong order, I ordered green bean chicken breast and they gave me pineapple chicken. I’m ALLERGIC to pineapple!!!

I get one spoon of rice a little bit of noodles. I always order the same thing chicken teriyaki shrimp, and beef and broccoli the amount of food that they give you for your money is not even worth it. They actually have nasty attitudes. They give you very small portions. The beef and broccoli does not be done. They give barely give you beef with your broccoli. I also get the shrimps on the side. The box is not even full. They tell me they only supposed to give you six shrimps. I used to love to go to panda express at the North Riverside, but they don’t appreciate their customers. The food is never done. You always have to wait 10 minutes 15 minutes. The management is horrible and the staff is too. I even seen them pull out a scale for a customer and it didn’t even equal up to what was supposed to be on the scale just ridiculous please pick some where to go not worth it at all
