Worst customer service. I ordered chicken teriyaki before leaving the mall. Got home to eat it and the chicken was not done, pink and goeey. So I decided to try to cook it some more before driving all the way back to the mall. Well, that didn’t help at all. So I drove all the way back to the mall, explained what happened and I can not believe the attitude and continuous push back I recieved on how I ordered it an hour ago and it looked fine. The looks they gave me. They way she slammed and pushed my food down the line and rushed me to get it (with a customer in front of me) The only reason I’m didn’t push back is because I knew that’s what they expected and wanted. I smiled, got my food and immediately ran to make this review!

Love the North Riverside location they’re always delicious and the customer service is friendly and welcoming to say the least.

Listen the food was completely nasty. No type of seasoning or anything outside of the sauce.
Just super bland.

Would advise anyone that loves food. To not try this location.

Plus a string of hair was found on my beef(steak)

I have been to this location 3 times. And all three times they're closed. It was 710 and they were already closed. Do you people not want money? If so then change the hours to 7pm because you sure don't stay open till 8. It's ridiculous but took my money to Kong Dog and Hey look it's 730 and they're still serving customers. So for this location I'd give absolutely zero stars. My kid loves this place and I guess I'll go to oak Brook next time even though it's much farther.

So it’s good for the price but the rice is sorta lackluster. Low calorie stuff too
A meal is $10 and it comes with a lot of stuff and it’s less than 600 calories

It was good at first but not any more they constantly charge me for stuff and don’t include it in my order and give a little meat even if you pay extra with a lot of rice

The food was horrible. I prefer the one in oakbrook because the food was bland undercooked and over all not Good
