DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
I’ve been eyeing this place since we moved here in Northbrook. It’s 5 minutes away from our house and I had the chance to try today. Last Friday, I came in to to check the place and reserve a table for my grandma’s bday for Sunday brunch. I wanted to make sure people will be comfortable because they are seniors -our grandma is 82. I would like the guests to discover a new place since this grp loves to go out for breakfast or lunch. Spoke to Chelsea that Friday about the details. She showed me where we will be seated and that I don’t need to reserve the table because they are not busy on Sunday. I told her we be here on Sunday at 11:30 she even said that brunch is only til 12 but if we are here at 11:30 we can still order the brunch menu. Sunday came which is today. There was no table for us. Came to chelsea right away and asked her about what we talked about and she said “I didn’t know when are you coming” like seriously? I even asked for a high chair last friday and she said they have available 3 high chairs in total. Sunday came, my son has no high chair. Everyone was unhappy with the experience. Service was too slow! It took almost an hour for the food to be served. Ketchups at the tables were empty, we had to call for the server few times to ask for what we need. This place has ambiance but the service is a joke. We could have been their regular customer, our grandma likes dining out almost everyday but she told her friends that time she is not coming back. I didn’t have a good experience that I wanted to leave right away. I did not even hear an apology from any of it. Instead, I felt the snobbish attitude and arrogance. When you read the reviews here on google maps, there is something in common about their service and based from our experience they are all true. Avoid this place! You will get disappointed with the service. Not worth it!

We hosted a party at the Acorn Grill and couldn’t have been happier with the service and atmosphere! We worked with Chelsea, and she made the party planning super easy and fun! The weather on the day of the party was beautiful and we opened the doors from the banquet room onto the patio, which gave our guests extra space. We had food setup buffet style in the room, and Chelsea’s team kept the food stocked and made sure we had everything we needed. Our guests ordered drinks at the bar, which worked out wonderfully. We also rented the golf simulators, where the kids played games (they have more than golf!), which was really fun for the kids! Lastly, we brought our own decorations and cake, and we were able to come early to get setup. Overall 10/10 for a mixed adult/ kid party. Highly recommend the venue and Chelsea and her team to host a party!!

First time here, but we will update after we try again in the near future. We had a school party here so food was limited and a little over priced for what we received, but won't judge off of that.The view was great but no one would turn on the fire pits after dark which was disappointing and the service was all over the map.I'll wait to give a full review until we try dinner and drinks and have time to sit down and enjoy ourselves. My first impression though wasn't very impressed even with a nice view and cool building.

Rented out side room for a birthday party and it was a great night. The food, drinks and service was excellent with great views looking onto the golf course. The manager, Chelsea, was very helpful and helped organize the party. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I have dined here a couple of times already. Service can be spotty. But this last time was much better. It’s hard to beat the view overlooking the putting green with a cocktail outside dining Al fresco. Lots of golfers dining here after a round. Food is solid. Love their salads and wings. Overall nice place.
Kid-friendliness: Very friendly waitstaff towards my daughter.
Wheelchair accessibility: My daughter is in a wheelchair. On one level with complete accessibility to the outside patio as well.
