It was a very busy day since I was here during National Pretzel Day, so there was a line! I got my free pretzel, it was freshly made and very tasty indeed! I haven’t had one for a while!

04/26/2024It was near closing time at about 6:40 and we decided to visit for the free pretzel day. The two working there were understaffed but they were trying their best to help us out. Overall very kind and would rate higher if not for the price which is a little expensive.

The cashier added a tip to our order without any prompting. When we went to dispute it, he claimed it came up on the pad to add it. However, the pad was not working so there was no way to add a tip on our end. Had to call the manager over and she said it was the 3rd time he has been caught doing adding unauthorized tips. He also coughed over the red mango toppings. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They are using spoiled butter. I got sugar cinnamon pretzel nuggets and the butter was VERY bitter. Employee took a defensive attitude rather than checking the quality of the product. I am pregnant and went for a craving. Came out stressed, very dissatisfied and with a potential stomach issue… no refund, no replacement, no action from no one.

At 6:29PM 12/23/2023 transaction 403208613 helped by a Great woman who provided excellent customer service and wanted to provide us fresh food because the dog was missing the breading and was old(She was signed in under Bryon B.) For 15-20 minutes we watched as Bryon and the other pony tail gentlemen not only antagonized this lady but was publically humiliating her in front of everyone tag teaming her because she had a problem with their work ethic and the fact they took extra long breaks (She was doing all the work) also watched as Bryon was turning away customers because he didn't want to recount the registers that they counted early(maybe he was unable to count?) She kept her composure as they made her shift unbearable. This is racism at its best. Lady is an excellent worker and place would be in shambles without her. They kept antagonizing her saying within earshot (you think you know people till they snitch on you about ) X,y,Z ETC and also saying within earshot "I'm gonna transfer to this location because people like her don't work there" unacceptable. Poor woman

There were already problems before even ordering from Auntie Ann’s/Red Mango.Tried to order two banana peanut butter protein shakes, and they said they didn’t have the protein . So we ordered the regular banana peanut butter shake with chocolate. When we got the smoothies there was no chocolate and when we mentioned it all the employee said was, “I’m sorry, I forgot” and nothing else.This is not the first time going to Auntie Ann’s but this was the last. Ordered the almond pretzels for $7.99 and they were stale and hard. Don’t know how long they were sitting on the shelf, tried to eat since we paid but we could not bite into them.When it came down to paying, their system didn’t work. We ended up waiting here longer for their system to reboot. $23.07 for 2 small shakes and pretzel bites and the worst food experience.

I got water, after they told me they actually don’t have water and they can not return because their boss is not there. She was trying to call him, I told her “ I have to go next to my kids, Can you let me know if the boss answer the call?”. Later one hour, I went to ask again if there is any answer and she just ignored me like I’m not there. When I didn’t leave there without took an answer, she told me “Can you come tomorrow” rudely.

This location never has any fresh pretzels available. There is always a 15-minute wait, with virtually nothing else available. And when the pretzels have no time to rest (even just a few seconds), they are just an oily mess. Not worth 15 minutes and $6+ each.

Does not have curbside pickup as advertised and the listed phone number is a fax machine. I had to pick between disappointing an autistic child and walking through a mall after foot surgery.
