Messed up my order completely (Uber eats delivery). They sent the wrong flavor (I selected from options provided on line). No hot fudge (I paid extra for it). When I called the store, I was told, “I told her to tell you we did not have that flavor.” Who is her??! Then she told me I did not order hot fudge, yet it’s right there on my order. She was rude and offered no assistance. I asked to speak to a manager to request a refund (for an order completely different than my order). She told me she would have someone call, then hung up. Horrible customer service!!

Been coming here for many years. Yes the inside could use a little bit of a refresh, but the ice cream is truly better tasting and more affordable than the newer place across the street. My kids ALWAYS pick this shop when we're treating them to ice cream. We hope they never leave downtown Northbrook!

Annoying and rude. Milkshake was incredibly liquid-y and refused to put topping on untouched ice cream that they had scooped and placed on counter. Will not be returning

Affordable ice cream that is better tasting and half the price of Graeters across. And while the employees aren't the most friendly folks they definitely won't yell at you about COVID nonsense and let you have a sample. Thank goodness this place is still open, no-nonsense business I will choose everytime!

I have purchased three tags from Ba skin-Robbins. All arrived very quickly and were perfect. I got the kind that attaches to an adjustable collar and they are very stable and will not fall off. My small dog was chewing on his dangling tags, so I needed one he couldn't chew on. My friend had these tags and recommend them and I'm glad she did!

Service needs to improve!!!!Today, I came back after a year (hadn’t been here since last time I paid with cash ,got the wrong change amount ,came to claim and the lady was really rude , didn’t give me the change and decided to say I was lying).I was not comfortable by seeing how the lady was not wearing the mask properly or wearing gloves.Ice cream is great, but that’s it. Not the only basking robins in the city.
