My company sent us all cookies in 2021 and this is how we received them. I'm in Colorado and they were still fresh and delicious when they arrived. They were excellent!

Carols cookies not only makes incredible cookies but their service is unmatched. We chose to work with Carols Cookies this year to supply our clients with homemade style cookies as a thank you for working with us. We worked together to create custom lids with our business name, literature, and a gift message. Not only was the process smooth and quick but every employee at Carols Cookies was extremely professional and helpful. We look forward to working together!

We accidentally got someone's order and called them to let them know we weren't the rightful destination. They were gracious enough to tell us to keep what we had and sent another box to the correct recipient though we didn't order them we split the box between a few co workers and all were amazed at how good they actually were , you might have been rated 4th best but we all agree you should have been number 1 with your cookies.. definitely the best cookie I've ever eaten we will definitely be coming here on our own . " though a delivery mess up again would be just a great, we wouldn't turn it away "haha thank you

I had them so delicious but even more better when you put in microwave for 15 seconds sooooo veeeery gooooood!

I’ve always loved these cookies until my latest shipment. The assortment of cookies were thrown into one, thin plastic bag. The cookies were dried out and brittle. Definitely a drastic change in the ones I enjoyed in Chicago and shipment I received 3 years ago. Looks like the quality and integrity is going downhill.

I've always loved Carol's Cookies and just picked up some of the plant based chip cookies at Sunset Foods. They are WONDERFUL. So happy that Carol's now offers this alternative.
