Tried Di Pescara for the 1st time as part of Restaurant Week and was so glad we did. The meal was very good. The team did a great job managing a busy night. Very pleased all around. We will return and recommend.
Great menu options - even a 3 course Restaurant Week menu with set option of soup/salad, entree, and dessert for $45. Were sat near the door and assured it was warm, but wasn't due to door consistently opening/closing in subzero temps. Server was fairly attentive, but food pacing was WAY TOO FAST! Not even finished with salad and entrees delivered. This is a server/kitchen communication issue - felt VERY rushed. Ate early (5:30) and LOTS of kids/strollers/babies. Chicken...
Another excellent meal at Di Pescara in Northbrook! Predictably delicious dinner with excellent service by Pedro!! Many thanks for a positive dining experience even though the restaurant was quite busy on a Friday evening during a holiday weekend. We were seated quickly, too, even though we were just a few minutes late arriving. For the first time we used the messaging option on the Open Table app to let the restaurant know in advance, and they appreciated it.
