This Dunkin is the worst. Every single time I get an iced coffee there, it makes me sick to my stomach, and I never have that issue with any other location. I don’t know if they don’t clean their machines or what, but I ordered an ice coffee last night and suffered my life decisions. Not to mention, about a month ago, I ordered a bagel in the drive through and was surprised when I opened it and saw a big thick hair in my cream cheese. I was given such a hard time about it and had to fight them to get a refund. ?Parking: There’s plenty of parking there.

I come here nearly every morning for coffee as it’s down the street from my house. At this point it’s become out of sheer convenience as the service is abysmal. 50%+ of the time, my order is wrong. Almost like you order through the drive thru, they don’t listen, and then give you whatever they want. To top it off when pointing out the error it’s met with a piss poor attitude as if the fault was on me. I realize there’s nothing glamorous about the job - but basic customer service should be required.

Employee she was mean and trying to stop me from using the restroom I think she thought was a man , which if was it’s against IL laws for discrimination of transgender plus the bathrooms can only have one person used them; so I don’t understand her

Folks have an attitude, never get a hello, good morning, barely a grin. I get a nod as in asking what I want, ready to push the buttons on their register. Apparently, asking a question is bothersome and get an annoyed irritated response. Since the menu screens rotate between menus I missed part of it and when asked what sandwiches they have available, all they did was turned to the side and held their arm up pointing to the menu until the breakfast sandwiches menu came back up. I stop at this location because it's the only one on my way to work. But truly considering going to one out of my way at this point.

Early morning, the guy that work the window is slightly aggressive.. maybe he's overwhelmed? I never miss a day with his energy. THE ACCURACY OF MY ORDER IS ALWAYS CORRECT. That's literally all I care about. The sweet lady that works Friday and Saturday is a sweetheart!

So a guy with a cool earring was super nice this is the second time I lag and hold up the line and he was kind enough to just not give me any attitude or any bad service I don’t know this gentleman’s name he is God sent and deserves praise I think it was a cross earring but either way the man had respect and I’m big on great costumer service and he provided that for sure he didn’t make me feel bad and still took care of me and didn’t make me feel bad for holding up the line even if it was just a couple seconds this world needs more people like him who like where they work

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Do yourself a favor and drive the few more min to another location! While hiring they must look for the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional people ever! The staff is unreliably disgusting!

Wow. I have been coming here for years, every morning. Greeted very nicely, always had a smile on my face every morning from the sweet Hispanic lady who makes my drinks. I always do her surveys for her, She is a pleasure. Now, as I have been saying, I do come here for years to this exact location. Never once did I have a problem in the morning, but today there was a very disrespectful incident that happened in the drive - thru while I had 2 children in the car with me. This occurred today, July 27th 2023, A Thursday evening in between 5:10 -5:30 pm. I ordered 2 drinks, one order of munchkins, & a pink donut. I get up there to pay, 2 Hispanic ladies are there, she takes my card, I see her tapping it, multiple times, as if it didn't already go through. She hands me my drink and then she hands me my 2nd drink. the lid was not on properly, so it spilled a bit over the child in the backseat, and the lid reached my car floor. Mind you, still have not received my credit card back, which I found was extremely off as I was waiting for my items that I ordered to be ready. Anyways, I asked for another lid & the missing donut. She then started to say no, talking bad about me in Spanish with her co worker, that she already gave me a lid, then continued to stare outside of the drive thru window at the FLOOR trying to look for the lid. So again nicely, I asked, can I PLEASE have another lid and my remaining donut? She then proceeded with, "your credit card declined STUPIDITA." I was shocked that a worker actually told this to me. I am not sure if the lid is coming out of her paycheck, but wow. And how did it decline when I know I got charged for the entire order? I followed with, "okay, I will give you another credit card to pay for the remaining donut that is for the child in the backseat. " I have children in the car with me, and then she proceeded to say, in her exact words, "fuck you." And slammed the drive thru windows in my face. Would not let me pay for the donut that I ordered, and that I actually already purchased because it was included in my order. So she kept trying to over charge my card for what reason? When it was already in the same order. How did I not pay for the donut if you already charged me for it? In the food service, you wouldn't hand them their food items until the card goes through. So I am not stupid. She also did NOT give me a receipt. So then shortly after I dropped the children home, I called and asked for the 2 ladies names & to speak to a manager. She proceeded to choke up and say she can't give names and to call the manager tomorrow morning. No manager is in. She hung up on me. Then I tried to call again a few times, they kept playing phone tag, answering the call and hanging up, to eventually disconnecting the entire line. I am hoping to speak to a manager by tomorrow morning. I will be calling to speak to you about your poor staff. This is beyond me & so disrespectful. I've worked at Dunkin' Donuts for years, I never once disrespected a customer like that & continuously disrespecting them in-front of children? Absolutely absurd & not okay. Hope this never happens to anyone again.
