I buy a hot decaf coffee at the morning. They gives me a little warm . When I see it’s cold she takes and give me another . When a taste she just puts the hot water to my coffee . Never more use this place .

I ordered a bacon sandwich this morning and the bacon looks like bacon treats for dogs..how can you think this is safe for people to consume...absolutely ridiculous...wish I could attach a photo ?

I really love the fact that they have several conference rooms here open to public use.
I hate to do this but I have tried and tried with them. I get extra sugar in my coffee because I like it sweet. They never stir it so it's never sweet. I started asking the person taking my order to please stir for me, they say very nice and polite sure of course, again not stirred and not sweet. Then I realized it's not the person taking order making the coffee so I started telling the person taking order to please tell person who makes my coffee to please stir it . Again not stirred. Again I can't drink my coffee . Sorry to say but they do a very poor job at this dunkin

They suggested they had the donuts I asked for and took my money and when I got to the window they didn't. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't give one cause there was no manager on duty. Don't go here.

The other reviews are like Karen’s cause this is the best Dunkin in the glenview area. The donuts are always FRESH!!! I can only come here for donuts now because they are the best at this location. Staff is always friendly to me and I’ve never had any issues. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work :)
