Feels home all the time. My favorite icecream place nearby
This is an excellent ice cream shop. I believe their ice cream is some of the best I've ever had!
Great place to get a frozen treat
Always a great experience. Ice creams are great, people who work there are even better 😀
Rude employees. Seriously, what happened? It used to not be like this
Place was busy for a Monday night but after trying their brownie sundae I could see why. I choose the Bourbon Pecan with mine and it was SO GOOD! My husband enjoyed a Peach Milkshake and he really enjoyed it as well. Well worth the stol.
Sebastian is very rude and unprofessional. He doesn't value other people's time.
The location is great, plenty of tables both indoor and outdoor patio! The place is very inviting
They are reasonable priced compare to other ice cream place
Services is great I think they had 4+ ppl working the location

I've been to a lot of ice cream places and Graeter's is hands down, one of the best. My go to order is the buckeye chocolate and s'mores. I know it's a double scoop, and they are a little pricier than say, Baskin-Robbins, but it is well worth the cost and if you get the app, you get rewards points and you can certainly attain awards faster if you indulge more often than not (and I do indulge as their flavors are fantastic and do not disappoint).
My main location is the Northbrook locale surrounded by some truly fantastic restaurants. While those restaurants offer desserts of their own, it's a shame as Graeter's outshines anything they can offer. And there's always a line out the door regardless of the weather which is a true testament to their flavors and offerings as eating ice cream in Chicago in the winter may seem ridiculous, but not if you're going to Graeter's.
And you'll certainly find me there throughout the year.
Parking: There is a lot of street parking and a couple lots within walking distance.
Kid-friendliness: Really? Do I need to actually discuss how ice cream is kid-friendly? Some things are too obvious.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spots on the street and the parlor is wheelchair friendly.

Decided to stop in on a Monday night after having dinner across the street. This location was hopping!
Service was extremely fast as long as you knew what you wanted to order. Many delicious handcrafted flavors to choose from. Prices are a little higher than normal but worth every penny!
I tried their small hot fudge sundae minus the nuts with double chocolate brownie ice cream. Delicious!
They have indoor and outdoor seating available. A great way to spend a summer night in downtown Northbrook.

The staff were lovely and it’s a nice space, but the actually food we were served was very disappointing.
We got the birthday cake Sunday and it was a stale, quite small, store bought cake round with two small scoops of ice cream for 9 dollars before tip.
The ice cream was fine but it is drastically over priced and the cake really ruined the dish.
It could easily be a very nice establishment with more reasonable prices and if they took care to have better, fresher cake.

One of the best, if not the best ice cream shops I've been to. A sundae, milkshake and tip for less than 20$ isn't very common for such high quality deserts and service. I will definitely be back.

For some reason delivery services always stop and start and chop and change when coming from here, then it takes a long long time? ?
