We’ve given Jake’s Pizza more than enough chances, and we’re officially done. We always order our pizza with extra-crispy crust, yet almost every time it arrives so soggy it’s inedible. Not just soft — literally limp and wet, to the point you can’t even pick up a slice without the crust breaking apart. Paper mache is honestly the best way to describe it.
Only twice out of all the times we’ve ordered has the crust been cooked correctly (so we know they’re capable of doing it.) At this point it just feels like carelessness with our requests.
This last order was the final straw. We called, not to ask for a refund or a replacement, but simply to share our disappointment in the service and quality. The response we got was a flat, almost dismissive: “Ok, you don't a new one or for us to fix it, so we’re sorry, we’ll tell the kitchen.”
That half-hearted response to a customers feed back was as disappointing as the pizza. We won’t be ordering from Jake’s again. If you expect your pizza to be cooked the way you ask, and/or to be treated like your feedback matters, look elsewhere!

We love the thin crust tavern style pizza at Jake's and order it often. Recently we branched out and tried the ribs and fries which were both amazing. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for a while, their slices are fantastic. Today I wanted to try something different so I got the steak tacos with cilantro and onion. These things were so good, after I got done eating I went back to Jake's just to tell the cook I really enjoyed them!. The meat was so tender, we'll seasoned. Hands down the best steak tacos I've ever had. At 3.49 each really reasonable!. Recommend 100%.
