I was love salmon avocado kimbob. when I needed to go somewhere like a picnic, I ordered it pretty often because i impressed taste of it all ingredients combination so nice. but today's salmon kimbop was not good at all. couldn't taste salmon. maybe I will try one or two times more, but I'm not sure if it will keep going on or not.

Multiple cockroaches were spotted scurrying across the dining area. Food safety (and basic hygiene) is obviously not taken seriously here. Eaters beware!

Rude service. The lady taking order rushing us while tapping her fingers on the table. She asked impatiently, are you ready to order or not?! Then we order the create your bowl and she say, they don’t offer that! Then why not remove it from the choices? I suggest, improve customer service.

I wish I could give this place a 0, but I have to give it a 1. I don't know if the owner changed, but the service terrible. I ordered ahead of time and walked in to see my soup leaning sideways. I called for the cashier multiple times to pay, thinking they were busy in the kitchen. Eventually a girl with a tattoo on her neck came out all mad. She was so rude and was just staring at random spots around the room with an annoyed look. I was dropping off food to me friend, but if I wasn't, I would have not paid and just walked out without the food. If you want your business to do well, maybe you should be nicer to your customers or if you don't want to work, then don't. The cashier literally slammed the cash register when I gave her the same attitude back. I also work a customer service job, but this tattooed woman was SO RUDE that I will no longer be ordering. I mentioned this to other friends and they all had the same stories of this cashier.

FUTURE CUSTOMERS TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. There's no point in supporting a terrible business like this.

It seems there's a new owner based on past reviews. Rude customer service overall. I asked for three things she said we don't do any of them. So I had to resort to other options available. I wish they marked which ones are actually available or at least the ones that aren't. The food served was bland and cold so I was disappointed. I would not recommend this place as a fellow Korean. If you are interested in Korean food in general, I would recommend places nearby that are not like this because I do not want you to have a bad experience with our culture via sub-standard places like this. Will not be coming back.

I always order kimbap from this place, Food was always very satisfying and good. Service is not always great but fine EXCEPT TODAY.

Cashier Juyin attended to us after a while that we arrived at their shop. She came out from the kitchen and took my order, not smiling, poker faced, monotone. She asked if it will be for dine in or take out? I told her ti add a coke to the order. She nonchalantly sarcastically replied you get it from there referring to fridge, I said in a low voice I know (since it was not my first time to order from them) but I have to let you know so you can include in my bill.

I went out to buy boba from an adjacent store and lost track of time so I checked in with her when I came back if my order was ready. She replied “ I told you 10-15mins” in a very mean way, stressing the 10-15 mins.

I finally got my order but before I left I told her it doesn’t hurt if she can at least try to be a little friendly to customers like us.

Satisfaction with products should always be matched with good customer service. Not necessarily a excellent, good and basic customer service is enough and essential for a business to keep going.

This day and age internet can be a good tool to advertise your products and a good experience is the best way to elicit good reviews on and offline.

It’s not been the same since ownership changed. New owner or whoever takes orders now, that lady is awfully rude. Last time I went, fish cakes in the food were cold. Just gives me a vibe that the new owner doesn’t really care. Plus the hours sucks.
