This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, I can’t recall ever receiving such a rude welcome. The woman working the shift on 6/7/2025 was extremely unprofessional — she gave us a cold, almost hostile look, as if we owed her something. She didn’t even return a simple ‘Hi,’ showed no smile, and kept a completely expressionless face. On top of that, the menus she handed us were sticky and unclean. We decided to leave right away — no way I’m spending my money in a place that treats guests like this.

Ordered take-out today, it's been few months since last time, because I had bad experience last time, but wanted to give it another try, but that was a big mistake. kimbop, the rice was not cooked fully, it was hard in the middle, the other ingredients were old, you can tell it went bad and super salty, I think they use left over ingredients and just season more or something. Just terrible experience and waste of money and time and appetite.

I hadn’t been back since the ownership changed, and I’m kicking myself for thinking it would still be the same. First off, the girl at the front with short hair and tattoos—easily one of the least friendly people I’ve encountered in a customer service role. But even if the food was good (which it’s not), it wouldn’t matter. Honestly, I would’ve been better off grabbing something frozen from H-Mart. When I dined in, the place was swarming with gnats and fruit flies, and I had to leave as quickly as possible. I’ve decided I’m never coming back. Eat here at your own risk.

I ordered a bibimbob just now. The portion is large with many good quality ingredients. But there was no sauce! It was quite dry. How come there is no sauce???
Second review a week later: I ordered a spicy pork K-bop to go with extras of a dumpling and a fried egg which are $2 each. I was charged but the egg was missing. Two times in a row there are mistakes in the order. I told them that last week’s bibimbap was missing a sauce and sadly I think the worker did not understand me. Tried calling (45min before closing) but nobody picked up and voicemail box was full. I like the food but it is hard to want to come back again.
Always order delivery from here and never had problems with their food. Their kimbap is good! Egg toast was kind of mediocre but not terrible!

This restaurant has the best rose tteokbokki I've ever had! The bulgogi and ramen are also delicious! The staff is very patient and will guide you through your menu selections. If you don't like your food too spicy, they will also adjust it to your liking. Very cute spot. Wonderful for date night.
