Won't be back, I ordered the steak fajita burrito, it should be called onions and pepper burrito. The steak portion was so small and unappetizing. I gave up.. by the off chance they ran out of steak and cannot complete a full order, then 86 the item.

My enchilada lunch with mole was the best I've ever had. The portions very generous and the price very reasonable. Worth the 45 minute drive, for sure!

We came from Minneapolis to Chicago and it was one of the first places we went to eat, because it was close. But everyone was super friendly and the service was good.

The rice and beans are more or less, but the rest is delicious. Especially the huaraches. So like the name, I recommend the huaraches!!

Feels like a very authentic neighborhood Mexican restaurant. Extremely casual. If you order to go order at the counter. If you're going to dine in, have a seat and they'll bring you a menu and you'll have table service. Pay at the register when you're done. We had huevos con chorizo, a huarache, and tacos. All made from scratch and very tasty. The restaurant is clean and welcoming and sunny.

Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs here for little ones

Almost missed the this gem as it is hidden in the corner of a small plaza. Totally worth every penny spent & mile driven. The food was so authentic & delicious. The prices were great & the portion size really gives you a bang for your buck. The service was amazing. The woman attending us was so kind & attentive. The sprite was so thirst clenching. The best fountain drink I’ve had in a long time. Overall such a great place.

It's called Los Hurraches. Try their hurraches.First time eating their hurraches I liked it but it wasn't to my preference. I then started asking them to fry the base a little more along with searing the meat as well and now I really enjoy them. My mother likes them just as they are no special request. I ask them to make mine "Mas dorado" and they now know that includes the meat. Their red sauce really has a kick and adds to the hurrache.Always get take out as they seem to prioritize those orders. When inside and its busy there is nowhere really to wait and it can get crowded as it's not the biggest place. You're better off just taking a order to go. Its better to call ahead. One hurrache will run you about 10-15 dollars depending on toppings. I thought it to much at first but now I appreciate that they follow my request to make it "mas dorado" and haven't had any problems with my food.Only place around ive seen with the mosaic jello. Different jello pieces in white jello. Around 4 bucks but it's more of a process. So it's cool every so often.
