Lou Malnati's Catering

The food was good as expected however the booth was way too tight and uncomfortable for 6 adults. The server, when she did come around, was in a major hurry to rush off. We weren't even told our pizza arrive. It was just placed on a separate tray next to another table. Server never came around to confirm so after 10 minutes we just served ourselves. The point of being at the restaurant was a sad mistake. There was more value when going through carry out

Warm and friendly service. Food is great and come out fast and piping hot! Always a great choice to dine in.

Server was nice, no issues. Food came out quick and correct, delish as always!! Lou's salad and a Malnati's deep dish. We'll be back.

The six tops in the room with mirrors were super tight. When close to family diners with younger children, it's a bit too loud for comfort. But, service and food were great thanks!!

Malnati's was a fabulous visit! The staff was very friendly, especially when we asked to be moved to a less chilly table. The wait staff were all very pleasant and working really hard!! Pizza was yummy!!

Deep dish pizza was not deep dish and much closer to a normal pizza. The crust was bland, the pizza was bland. The pizza was served warm not hot. Overall this was very disappointing.

We certainly enjoyed our Happy Hour pizza and beers. Service was great, just felt relaxed, unhurried, and Happy Hour made us very happy!!

We've eaten at other Lou Malnati's locations and usually enjoy the food, but this visit to Buffalo Grove was disappointing. The medium pizza was tasteless, the personal deep dish had a bit more flavor but nothing memorable, and the Pasta Louie was just okay. It felt like someone in the kitchen wasn't being careful or paying attention to flavor and quality. Service was slow, though our waitress explained it was her first day working on her own. She was sweet, genuinely trying hard, and really the one bright spot of the evening. The restaurant itself could also use serious attention. The table felt dirty, and with the sunlight shining in you could see layers of dust and grime that made the space feel neglected. This location is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and refresh. Honestly, we'd only consider returning because of our waitress, not for the food or the atmosphere. Obviously we will not be back.

Great Experience, Great Food, and honored our Sailor. LouMalnati's is truly the original and best deep dish in Chicago. The wait staff went out of their way to serve us with respect and sent us home with leftovers & cookies for or Sailor and his shipmates. Thank you ❤️

Had a group of 10 and the wait time for our orders was minimal, the service was excellent, and much fun was had.

Our server was excellent! Kind, always around when needed, and brought out a cookie treat box for my dad when she heard it was his birthday. Pizza as good as ever!

We had a great server and the pizzas were outstanding! I was bummed because they took fried zucchini off of the menu, however.

Had a reservation for 7pm. Table was ready when we arrived even a few minutes before. Lots of people waiting for a table in the waiting room.
