Since using Doordash drivers, service has been terrible. Orders take way too long and Doordash drivers make too many stops. They need to use their own drivers. Completely dissatisfied with their service.

Placed a DoorDash order, time provided was an hour. After an hour food was on the way. 2 minutes before arrives eta changed to another hour more stating the dasher had an issue. After another hour of waiting order was cancelled. Called the store, lady on the phone was extremely rude. Terrible experience.

I love Lou's! Best deep dish pizza in chicago, hands down.
I grew up on Lou's, Tonelli's, and Barnaby's pizza. Tonelli's had the best thin crust, and a very close second was Barnaby's (same same but different). Lou's was the king of Deep Dish. I just paid $53.00 for a Lou's Large Veggie Pizza. How can this place stay in business is beyond me with this price gouging. What's worse, the pizza isn't as good as it used to be. Skimp'd on the toppings and just not the same taste anymore. For $53- bucks I should at least get a reach around with my order if your going to screw me like that! You should be ashamed of yourself for ripping people off like this. Barnaby's is still awesome pizza and prices are still very reasonable. Bye Felicia! No more Lou's, Dominos makes a better pie and that's not saying much.

Evidently Lou’s decided to catch up with serving less and charging more. So disappointed in the Lou 12” Deep Dish.. it’s about 1/2” thinner than what I’ve always experienced for past 25 years. What a shame. I’ll be moving on
