Manna is comfort food at its peak. My bf and I found this restaurant when we were exploring the burbs and it left us happy all day long. Service: - Service was super quick and all the aunties were so sweet. They were really attentive throughout the entire time that we were there. - We really really loved the side dishes and we were so nervous to ask for more but they gave us extra because they saw how much we liked it. And as starving college students, that means the whole world. Food: - We got their Gamjatang (Spicy Pork Bone Soup) for both of us and honestly, the serving was more than enough. We didn't expect to both feel full but there was so much meat in combination with the veggies and rice and we were both beyond satisfied. - Broth was really rich and there was such a deep flavor with every bite. We drank the entire thing until there was nothing left. - Side dishes were not just sides in this meal. I loved that there was such a large variety of options that were offered. Our favorites were the pickled seaweeds (I swear its the best that I have ever had) and the Kimchi radish. Ambiance: - This spot is tucked away in the suburbs and it feels just like that. The interior is designed as if you were in your grandmother's home. While we were there, we saw a group of dads, uncles, and grandpas just gathering to have a meal. And it was just so heartwarming to see and this spot is the perfect spot for family and friends gathering. I wish I lived closer because I would definitely be a regular.

Manna is Korean comfort food at its best. It is comfortable and homey inside, and service was very friendly. I was surprised the kalguksu had homemade noodles in it and portions were generous with consistent side dish refills. We're going to add this restaurant to our list of regular rotations!

this place was very good and i would give it 5 stars if it was 2 years ago. But the cook definitely changed since our last time here (more than a year ago). The food's taste is average, the seafood pancake have vegetable and meat in chunks that are too big for pancake, both the seafood noodle and the dock seafood tofu soup had small stones (likely from the shellfish). It s a pity.

So happy finding this place. We had the kimchi sujebi and seolleongtang this visit. Both were very well prepared and hit the spot. The restaurant was busy when we visited and the service was great. Small but homey. We live in the city but will make the trip back soon.

I echo the sentiments of previous good reviews. This restaurant is the real deal. They have that hole-in-the-wall vibe.Food is authentic Korean. The broth is rich, all the banchan tastes clean, prices were reasonable, and portions was satisfactory. We will be frequenting this place. Give them your business!
