McDonald’s is horrible now. I’m so sick of having to pull into another spot (I said NO) so the people behind you get your food first. There were multiple people told to drive forward and wait. Manager is rude. Never again

We got ice cold fries, no dipping sauces, and when we ordered with the app we were told they got the payment. When I got to the payment window they said they didn't get a payment and I had to pay with my cc. Unnecessary confusion that made me think I was paying twice for my meal.

The worst customer experience ever. Do not recommend ever door dashing as they gave less food then we paid for. We called and tired to respectfully get our problem and food that was missing back but they blocked all the numbers we called with and did not cooperate.

I went to pick up a food order for myself and a friend. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I provided the correct pickup code and order number, but the staff refused to give me the food, even though it was already paid for. The manager was unhelpful and dismissive, which was both unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s very frustrating to have an order confirmed and still be denied. This location needs to work on providing better customer service, and corporate needs to do better at ensuring customers receive the orders they’ve already paid for.
