I don't come to McDonald's often as I try to stay away from fast food. However, while my son is at basketball practice, I need a place to camp out and get some work done. Hands down the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. Clean, updated, great service, little drain on the WiFi as it's not busy inside, and a terrific mocha. Music not too loud allowing me to talk to clients and/or focus on my computer. They'll be seeing a lot of me here as my son's basketball season is ramping up. Super happy I've found a new mobile office!!!!!

Just like any other McDonald's. Consistent product, but not especially nutritious. Decor is nice. Don't like the electronic ordering stations; much prefer ordering in person from a staff member. Guess that makes me "old school."....... or "old fuddy-duddy."

I was sent to pick up food for my son. It was an online order that never made it to the actual store. Anyway, the woman behind the counter went out of her way to fill the order so I could get going. I wish I had her name but it was Sept. 27 at 10:45 am. I believe she was a lead. Great representative for your store!

It's McDonald's - I don't expect much from the restaurants - but basic customer service at any fast food restaurants is somewhat expected. Today, I got charged for an order I placed through the app - apple pay notified me of the charge, but the order didn't actually go through. So I explained my situation at the drive thru and no one was able to comprehend my inquiry. They attempted to respond but what I gathered was that they couldn't do anything about it and had me reorder - which meant I double paid. It's not a big deal since I can just dispute the charge with my bank, but the fact that the supervisors or floor managers weren't able to communicate with me in simple English is dissapointing.
