I usually get the falafel bowl and used to get their fries (sliced half fired) which were great before they changed them to regular fries.
The staff here is also one of the best I have seen across fast food franchise, very polite, professional and helpful.

The falloff of this restaurant should be studied. Legit prob the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Extremely Small portions. Pitas were hard like rocks. Chicken tenders have absolutely no flavor. They forgot my sauces. Just overall horrendous restaurant. I remember how good this place used to be back in 2017. Fall off of the century. Yuck.

Ordered a rice bowl with chicken. The chicken seemed old and overcooked.
I just had the best experience at this Naf Naf with Candy and alejandria(?) (I’m so sorry if I spelled it wrong) they were incredibly helpful and it seemed like they really enjoy being there and helping customers. They took their time even though we accidentally got way more complicated than we had to about our orders. Thanks for the patience you two!

Hi my name is Alexander I’m a frequent customer here I come in every once a week and today me and my family of 6 walked in to eat and I was surprised by the lady in pink hair how she ignored me and my family when we were trying to order a meal she ignored us and left to the back while this other lady with rose tattoos was cleaning the dinning room she quickly left what she was doing to attend us she was the othly employee attending us a family of 6 while the other employee stayed in the back and as we sat down and ate our meals for about 1 hr and 20 mins we noticed the girl with tattoos kept attending every customer coming in without NO help by the way she gave excellent service my recipt name was Michelle so I am guessing it was her who attended us .
