When we arrived, they did not have our reservation. Only one server there, only one table being occupied by another group yet our server left our table three times while taking our order to take care of other things (door dash?). We left.
Checked their website which said it was OPEN Saturday evenings. Made a reservation for a confirmation email from you. When we got there we were told they are not open on Saturdays. Luckily we found another Resturant near by.

The experience was terrible from the moment we walked in last night. My intention was to have a great dinner to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. Yo star with,, the waiter did not offer anything to drink and straight ahead and in a rude manner he asked if we were ready to order. The food wasn't great, the bread and butter still frozen. He ordered tortellini and it was bland, no flavor. The fish didn't taste fresh. We asked for red pepper and in a rude way he brought black pepper instead Very disappointing the water looked very unmotivated to provide service in an "upscale" restaurant. When it was time to pay, I gave my credit card and he came back to the table and dropped the bill stating I didn't give it to him, he found it at the counter after I stated I gave it to him. Very poor service. We will never go back nor recommend to anyone. Terrible experience.

as always this place is empty- we were the only diners and so it was quiet as could be Service, as always, was very slow. Menu is extensive and the quality of the food (and presentation) were excellent

My mom and I dined at Pavilion for lunch and were surprised to be the only diners there. The waiter was clearly annoyed that he had customers. Absolutely no friendliness displayed at all. My mom got a soda to drink and they did not even put ice in it! The food took forever to be brought to the table. After it arrived, our waiter just sat in a booth next to the kitchen and relaxed. He never bothered to check on us. The bread brought to the table wasn't fresh. The food portions were quite large. My mom enjoyed her Beef Stroganoff. The chicken Marsala was okay. I hadn't had egg noodles in a really long time and they hit the spot. On a different day, I ordered delivery from them. They took so long to prepare the food, the original driver assigned to the order eventually left and someone else had to pick it up. One of the items I ordered was "Traditional Pan Fried Potatoes". Any other restaurant would refer to them as French fries. I guess they give it a fancy name in order to justify the ridiculous price they charge. Pavilion Restaurant has nice decor but the food isn't anything special and the service and prices cement its status as a restaurant not worth going to.
Went here for a business meal and couldn't find any reservations anywhere. Have this place a chance and me and my supervisor were blown away with the price for the lunch specials that were like under $15 per person I think. AND the food was so so so delicious. I would of paid easily $25-30 anywhere else for the plates we got at that quality. Highly highly highly recommend to go here. The atmosphere I imagine is different outside of lunch time. (I think they have a lot of seniors so there is no music during the lunch time playing) once the seniors left the music came on and I was like OHH YEAH. I want to come back. Will come back and will recommend. I am bringing my employees here for lunches in the future.

Amazing food, waiter was great, we had 60th bday celebration (not a lot of people due to COVID-19), waiter was in the mask and gloves all the time, seating was spaced out, so none was breathing onto each other.
This was my worst restaurant experience ever!!! After a very mediocre meal, I handed the waitress a certificate that I purchased paying $15 for $30 worth of food. Our lunch came to close to $40. The waitress said they don't honor them anymore. The certificate had NOT expired, just not being honored. I asked to speak to the manager. The owner came over and said the same thing. My friend and I told her that there were no signs saying that.she began screaming at us telling us she doesn't have to. I politely asked her to honor the $15 that I paid for it. She kept screaming that her food was worth every penny and she would not take the $15 off the bill. My friend asked the owner to calm down. She continued screaming that she wants the bill paid in full and for us to never come back to her restaurant again. Shecan count on that. I will never return there. I have never been treated so poorly in any restaurant!!!

Poor and ignorant service, food was OK. Waiter was having a bad day and left alone to serve the entire restaurant by himself. At some point he said he was not feeling well and offered vouchers for the next visit. Stuff was clearly not interested and looking forward to the end of the shift. Will not be coming back and recommend to stay away - you are not welcome in this establishment.

we were the only customers in the restaurant, and received great service and attention The food was really quite good and reasonable priced. The music was loud, particularly for an empty dining room. . I didn't ask the server to adjust the volume - he probably would have accommodated my request. The music volume was the only negative -- I plan to return at a later date.

Both my husband and my entrées were absolutely perfect! The service was impeccable and we couldn't of asked for a better meal. The salad was more than you would expect, and so are the side dishes! A lovely evening at a lovely restaurant!

Although we have lived five minutes from this restaurant for 20 years we had never been in. We will definitely be back. The food was exceptional and reasonably priced and the service was great.
