Service was good some of the entrees that we've been used to having didn't taste the same. It wasn't as good as they used to.
Loved expanded menu options and wide range of gluten free entrees and appetizers. Service matched quality of food. Will travel back from downtown again as downtown location no longer offers gluten free options for diners with celiac.
Service was great! Prompt and attentive. Veggie lo mein was good.

My Family and I are Big Fans and Frequenters.
Last Saturday we ordered Take Out and this time the food was poor. The Spring Rolls are usually Crisp but this time they were VERY SOGGY AND GREASY! YUK.
And the vegetarian Stir Fry was SO Salty it was practically inedible.
And when you have it all home there is little one can do.

Hoping this was a one off experience.
There were 8 of us. Didn't get drinks after 20 min, so we asked for them only to be told our server was busy and would be with us soon. We all ordered our food together, however only 4 of us received our food. Server took order for remaining 4 a second time, of which only 3 delivered. 8th person had to order a 3rd time to get his food. We were there for two hours for a 1 hour work lunch. We all ordered the 3 course meal with two extra appetizers. Not sure if server is new but very little effort on their part to serve us. It was like he got confused and just gave up. The manager did come out and apologize (profusely) and tried to make it right best she could. Food was absolutely delicious.

Disappointed Lobster shrimp is no longer on the menu. It was a great dish. They need more dishes that are prepared without sugary sauces. The carb count in their meals are off the charts. Moving on from a place I have been going to for 30 years.
We drive alomost an hour to this location specifically because they have great customer service, we went in the summer and we had an issue the manager women that was their handled the situation very poorly, I would really like to give it a 5 star but the food is definitely lacking the menu changes that have been made from the lettuce wraps, the actual meals the seasonings have change, that’s unfair to the staff, the server we had is fairly new we loved the old lettuce wraps sause she brought us the sauces to mix it up OURSELVES ummm NO I’m going out to eat to be catered to not to prep my own meal, that was tacky! On the other hand Ken the manager that guy is the anchor of that location, he is always in point very attentive you see him running around all the time. I will say that if it wasn’t for employees like him we would have stoped going out of our way. That’s exactly why we stopped going to the Milwaukee location. It’s a disaster, food, service just all!

Was not expecting much from a chain restaurant serving “authentic Asian food” in a midwest suburb but this place did not meet expectations in any shape or form. We sit down at a table for 10 and wait 10 minutes until the obviously over-stressed waiter appears and started asking us about drinks. We point out that we don’t have any menus(along with basics like water or any of the standard “intro” stuff when you go to any restaurant.) To his credit, he tried his best, but things got worse from there. I ordered the cheesy Dragon Rising drink(hey, when in Rome or fake Mongolia..) which was depicted as this fancy smoking beverage garnished with herbs and rimmed with salt. What was handed to me was a tiny bland margarita with a plastic lid(for the “reveal” of the missing smoke), and some herbs tossed on top. Some appetizers were on time, some were laughably late or forgotten. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. The actual food order took *over an hour* to arrive with no heads up or check-ins other than asking us if we wanted to spend more on overpriced drinks. We asked if the kids could get their meals first and were told “there’s a queue and they are last.” Then our food arrived and it was mediocre, at best. My Mongolian Tofu, depicted as crispy 1 inch cubes topped with cooked chives and lightly glazed *actually* showed up as overcooked and desiccated dice-sized chunks with giant pieces of plain chives. Besides the dried out tofu having the taste and crunch of dog kibble and the uncooked chives being the best tasting(and most “spicy”) part of the meal, the sauce was WAY over salted to the point where I had to mix a ton of rice to even finish part of it. My partner had the firecracker shrimp which was bland and had as much heat as the white rice it was served with. At the very end as we were paying the bill, the manager showed up and explained/half-heartedly apologized for the slow service and stated it was due to Oscar night take out orders. Ah yes, nothing underscores our yearly celebration of dramatic arts and culture better than servings of bland “Mongolian” food finished with such traditional fare as vanilla ice cream and chocolate cake. Also, if you can’t properly serve the people who actually show up to your restaurant, then you shouldn’t be taking orders you can’t fill in a timely manner. I was prepared to be medium whelmed but this was just bad.

Ordinarily, a terrific experience but for a Valentine’s Day money grab, they plopped extra tables where they shouldn’t be. We were sitting right at the waiting area and it was chaotic and disappointing. I called the restaurant and all I asked for was for them to do better. I’d rather wait than have such a negative experience at a place I really love.

Food poisoning from their pepper steak dish. Reported to health department and when I called to let the restaurant manager know, he wasn't the least bit interested. Service has been going downhill and prices uphill for a couple years. Now, I'm over it.

Ate at this place the other night. It's a chain restaurant. However, it's an upper chain. The ambiance is very nice. We especially liked the booth seating. The service is always professional. As far as the food it's usually good but I've had a time or two where it was oversauced. Other than that, it's a nice place to have a decent meal!

Family member ordered pad Thai. Noodles were hard as a rock (not cooked) so we sent it back after having a half of a single bite. 20 min later we got replacement. when bill came, they charged us twice for pad Thai but credited back one. When the manager came by she didn’t seem to understand the value of making up for the “house” mistake as it took a 5 minute conversation to explain that we didn’t order 2, we ordered one editable pad Thai and the house needs to make up for a horrible experience of the other family members waiting while their food became cold. Never again will we eat here. We have watched this location go down hill since its start. Feels like they don’t value routine customers.
