This is not my first rodeo at PF Changs and I love their food! The food was very good and the service was outstanding. We celebrated my son's birthday and they were very on top of that! The restaurant was clean and although a little dim, I believe that added to the ambience. I also loved the reading lights they provided for reading the menus. I will definitely be returning! Thank you PF Chang's!!

Our server was very polite and professional, our appetizers came out quickly , and we were not rushed to order our main course. But when we needed to rush out to make a reservation for the light show our server was very helpful in moving quickly to get our bill processed and to box up our leftovers. We highly recommend P.F. Chang's of Northbrook.

We had a 6 pm reservation and were finally seated at 7 pm. Stood in crowded hangry vestibule for one hour. Finally seated and waited 90 more minutes for food. Horrible experience. Limit reservations or limit take out orders! Manage the expected flow.

Took over one hour from ordering food until we were served. Kitchen way backed up and all I heard were excuses not solutions to the problem.
Everything was good. My beef and broccoli dish (without broccoli) was overcooked and there was no sauce. A lot of the meat was inedible and I kept spitting them out on a napkin because I couldn't stop chewing. It took 20 mins for us to get one mini dessert. Service was awful and our server was nowhere to be found. VERY frustrating.

Our go to for chinese, my grandma and I are frequent diners. Almog was a wonderful waiter who was apologetic due to the long wait and brought us our correct order. Will return.
