Had a reservation and they sat us fairly close to time. We had to ask for a server after about another 5-10 minutes of sitting and waiting. Food was good, but came out staggered. The actual frustration came mostly when we were sitting around after the meal and all the dishes were left at our table for about 10 to 20 minutes, nobody picked them up. Food was good and portions were decent.

Friday night. 7:15. Rather full. Ordered dinner and drinks at 7:20. Drinks took 45 minutes. No food ever came. Paid for drinks and left at 8:30. First time ever had a bad experience at PF Chang's. Went home and had a salad.

Our server had a large portion of the restaurant and he was slammed. Not only was he able to take care of everyone, he did so with a smile and by being timely with each table . He did a marvelous job!!

P.F. has a very flavor filled menu. The Mongolian Beef meat is a little tougher than their frozen supermarket version. They played loud hip hop music and that detracted from the experience. Service was very good.

The fried chicken tasted really bad. The crab Ragoon presented nicely but then it tasted like dry crab no cream cheese. It was the worse crab ragoon I've ever tasted. I use to love PF Changs what happened?

It's Chang's. It's always good. I haven't been there in a while. I like the new lunch specials.
The regular iced black tea is quite good.

Loved everything about it except the music level. It was way too loud, especially for lunch time and made conversation difficult. The hostess turned it down a tiny bit when we asked, but said that corporate requires them to have it at that level. It is ridiculous, because people get together for good food and conversation. The volume was such it was difficult to hear the person on the other side of the booth. I understand background music, but this wasn't that.

PF Changs is an older restaurant. The food was average tasting at best and overpriced. The floors, tables, and menus are unusually sticky. This is a consistent observation for this restaurant. The bathroom was dirty. The server was overworked with tables. She had 2 6+ parties in addition to several smaller tables.

I don't think we will be returning to this location. 99% of the staff was rushed, flustered, and stressed. The host was literally running at top speed back to his station after bringing people to their seats. Our server, though very sweet, was sweating and shaking. Tables remained unbussed for a very long time. Food was fine. It was a stressful and unenjoyable experience.

Celebrated a birthday here . Food was very good and timely. Waitstaff was very friendly, engaging and fun, made my sin's birthday special with a celebratory performance. Everything was very efficient and an overall enjoyable experience. Only thing is they said the dessert was on the house since it was a birthday but ended up being charged anyways

The individual meal for $18 was wonderful to get an appetizer rice in an entrée for a single portion. The meal was great service was wonderful

They seemed to be short handed staff, waiters and bus boys. Waited longer than usual for service and any requests we may have made.

Too salty. Soup was so salty, had to return it. by that time the main course had some out so did not have them replace the soup. So, I did not feel that i was full when i left. Disappointed.

I had an open table reward and they couldn't figure out how to use it. I had to pay for the entire check and it took a lot of trouble to get the points back into my account.

First of all I told them we were celebrating a bday and they didn't acknowledge it at all. Food was average. Used to love their lettuce wraps but had a lot of fat in them and very greasy.
