Lovely lady at the counter was extremely patient with us and explained everything and answered my questions. It was a great experience. Company needs to upgrade their products availability. It puts a strain on your lovely employees.

Dietary restrictions: Add spinach to your smoothies.

I’m not the type to leave negative reviews on yogurt shops, but I guess there’s a first for everything. Went yesterday, they only had one flavor, which was a peanut butter flavor and they only take cash. Strange way to run a business , just close up shop and call it a day!!

Extremely limited options of yoghurt- only normal flavor and peanut butter. Store reps straight up told us no smoothies were available and cash only. One of store reps had no emotions when being asked where were the spoons. Please close this store down if you aren’t here to provide acceptable services and make profits. You are just wasting everyones time and energy.

We showed up at 5pm and the employee flat out lied and told us it closed at 5pm (they actually close at 6pm). She then said their machine is down when we called her out on the time. Which one? Monday at 5pm.

Horrible experience. 2 african american employees were arguing and screaming all over. Didn’t even say hi or anything. We purchased 2 smoothies. First they didn’t have protein smoothies at all. Second they didnt accept credit card, cash only. We waited with so much tension . She almost threw the smoothies for us. One was okey, another one tasted nothing but ice. Because she was yelling and cursing while she was making it. I will Never come to this place again.

There were already problems before even ordering from Auntie Ann’s/Red Mango.Tried to order two banana peanut butter protein shakes, and they said they didn’t have the protein . So we ordered the regular banana peanut butter shake with chocolate. When we got the smoothies there was no chocolate and when we mentioned it all the employee said was, “I’m sorry, I forgot” and nothing else.This is not the first time going to Auntie Ann’s but this was the last. Ordered the almond pretzels for $7.99 and they were stale and hard. Don’t know how long they were sitting on the shelf, tried to eat since we paid but we could not bite into them.When it came down to paying, their system didn’t work. We ended up waiting here longer for their system to reboot. $23.07 for 2 small shakes and pretzel bites and the worst food experience.

Sanitation wasn’t where is should be. Wearing gloves is great depending on how many surfaces you touch with gloves on. Gloves should be changed way more often than they are. The counters should also be cleaned up more often. The lady making our smoothies was on it. But the lady at the register seemed overwhelmed and like that level of multi tasking was too much to ask of her. More staff would help thing run smoother.
