Ohhh I almost don’t want to tell anyone bought this Northbrook gem. Food is excellent and quick. I discovered this place bought a yr ago and eat here probably 2-3 times a week.
They always throw in extra fried garlic, we gotta get there secret on that. I have celiac so eating out is always a challenge and it’s nice that I never have a problem here.
Low calorie dishes available، I lost 20 lbs eating here in one summer.
The service is impeccable, with narcissts and Karen’s spawning everywhere, so nice to deal with polite, attentive and cheerful service!
Now the secret is out, enjoy!

Haven’t been to Simply Thai in years but it was always my go to back in the day. Last week I flew back and had to stop by. I got the Chicken Drunken Noodles and it tasted exactly how I remembered 🔥
The spot is quiet, cozy, and the food comes out quick. If you’re in the area, definitely check it out. Still one of my favorite places to eat feels like home every time 🥢✨

We were happy with the quick attentive service and the atmosphere, but we were quite disappointed in the food. The spring rolls were wrapped in two layers of a dry skin, something like a dry tortilla rather than the traditional moist rice paper that we expected. The meat in the chicken satay was cooked well and it was attractive, but it had not been marinated long enough so it lacked any flavor. Instead of peanut sauce, the satay came with a scoop of thick peanut butter which did not allow dipping. The pad see ew had very little flavor. I wish I had seen the drunken noodles mentioned in another review, we would have tried those.
