Some staffs are kind of rude when you check on the readiness of the orders. They have no smiles and didnot seem like to help the customer.

This location was disorganized, slow, understaffed. The frap was watery. Got my order wrong and the guy that was doing the orders the one with black hair was rude. So I just said forget it and walked out, will not be returning.

This location was disorganized, slow, understaffed. The frap s were watery. And the trash cans were overflowing. This was mid day and there was hardly anyone in there. Going into Starbucks is a treat for me now because they are so expensive. It was disappointing.
