Placed an order via Uber Eats and an item I ordered had just sold out and they called me to let me know and replaced it. They also added a nice little gift for the inconvenience of not having what I wanted. Thank you!! Placed an order for pickup via the app during the Quarantine. They have the door locked and someone waiting nearby to let in guests. Drink was made pwrdectl

I am so sad to see this location of Starbucks quickly deteriorating. I am a regular daily customer and they have become a daily disappointment. The store not being open when it is supposed to be, a simple espresso over ice not being made correctly, several employees who don't even crack a smile, I could go on and on. I even contacted the district manager at one point and she was not helpful. Time for a new location to become my go to.
Went here at 7:45 tonight (Friday). Doors locked, lights dimmed. See a couple staff members taking out trash in the back. Website says open until 8:30. Either fix the website hours or stay open. People do notice when you close early. (There are no extenuating circumstances such as weather issues today)

Some staffs are kind of rude when you check on the readiness of the orders. They have no smiles and didnot seem like to help the customer.

I had another "yes we can moment" at this Starbucks. I ordered a Venti Sumatra extra Strong and it was perfect. The gals got the order without hesitation. Perfect on a Monday! Congratulations!
