We paid cash then asked redeem points. But worker refused it. She said we can’t redeem after pay. She was very rude.

I ordered a chocolate cake pop and a cookies and cream cake pop they did have the chocolate cake pop but ran out of the cookies and cream cake pops so they tried to give me the cookies and cream cake pop out of the pastry showcase and the pastry showcase was so disgusting it had at least 10 flies in it. Don’t come there.

I ordered off uber eats. I got the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I asked for no egg. I recieved ONLY egg and cheese on my sandwich. I also ordered my daughter the pumpkin cream cheese muffin, and I received a blueberry muffin. I told her we will never eat here again

This Starbucks is great in products/service, however the Starbucks needs to take control of their customers who park in the fire-lane. I've been almost hit multiple times walking in from the parking lot and the customers are always for Starbucks. Please start enforcing the fire-lane code. There are parking spaces and a drive thru for a reason!

This place has turned into a complete joke. The drive thru is always closed, it seems like no one ever knows what they’re doing, and the wait times are absolutely absurd. They care more about mobile orders than the 10 people standing in front of them waiting for their items. It gets 1 star because the food and drink is always consistent.

Went on 9/25 around 10am and the drive thru wasn’t busy at all. The guy at the register was nice but very slow at taking orders then telling me my card didn’t work after swiping it three times. Then when i got my coffee it was like only like warm. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Then buy looking at my cup I noticed a lipstick mark in pink, like someone handling the drink wiped their lips and touched my cup or possibly gave me. Used cup idk grossed me out. Ended up throwing away my drink. I won’t be back to this location again.
