There was an issue with the mobile ordering app, which no longer allows certain order modifications. To prevent confusion, I visited the store in person to explain the situation before the drink was made. However, the experience that followed was unacceptable.

When I arrived, I had to wait over five minutes just to get someone’s attention at the register. The older gentleman working there appeared confused and unsure how to handle the situation—I ended up having to guide him through how to correct the issue. Eventually, he asked the barista to remake the drink.

I waited another ten minutes without hearing my name called. I stood there watching dozens of drinks being made, but no one acknowledged me. I considered asking the gentleman at the register again, but he was helping multiple customers, and none of the baristas checked in with me or asked if I was waiting for something—despite clearly seeing me standing there.

Eventually, I flagged the gentleman again and explained I had been waiting over ten minutes and needed to leave. His response was dismissive: “I gave it to them—they’ll have it out shortly.” Only when I pointed out that at least ten cars had been served in the drive-thru did he ask the barista about my drink. She replied that she had remade it and left it on the counter—but never announced it, despite seeing me waiting nearby.

At no point did the employee at the register apologize, check in, or take any initiative to ensure I was being helped. When I asked to speak to the manager, Zak, he was dismissive, defensive, and never once offered an apology. He insisted the drink was called out and that I must have missed it—even though I was standing in the same place the entire time, watching closely.

As a manager, Zak should have noticed that a customer had been standing between the register and the baristas for over 10 minutes. Instead, he brushed me off, claimed they were busy with over 40 customers, and walked away mid-conversation to continue making drinks. That is not professional behavior, nor is it an appropriate way to handle a complaint.

To make matters worse:

I left with a watered-down drink.

My request for cinnamon was ignored.

I asked twice for a Venti cup of ice water and never received it.

I was late for work due to the delay.

No one offered a remake it or any gesture of courtesy for the inconvenience.

As a longtime customer, I am extremely disappointed by the poor service and complete lack of accountability I experienced today. It feels as though customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. If this is the direction your service is headed, I will have to reconsider where I spend my time and money.

Sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. I can't drive out because there's no room. What the heck is going on with their crappy service.

They ran out of dark caramel and then tried to charge me for their caramel substitution. They apologized and adjusted right away and the fee obviously won't put me on the streets it was just odd to me that they'd charge me for it....weird

I ordered a chocolate cake pop and a cookies and cream cake pop they did have the chocolate cake pop but ran out of the cookies and cream cake pops so they tried to give me the cookies and cream cake pop out of the pastry showcase and the pastry showcase was so disgusting it had at least 10 flies in it. Don’t come there.
