I have two favorite Starbucks and this is one of them. The people that work there are always friendly. They’re never moody or rude. My Matcha lattes come out hot and frothy, not limp and lukewarm.!! anytime of the day I can get an everything bagel at this place nice and warm with butter and it also has a drive-through which on cold days is absolutely wonderful!!

This location is consistently bad when it comes to making drinks, and they are not the nicest employees. For a $7 pumpkin cream cold brew drink, there’s basically no foam. None of the pumpkin spice topping either. Cup was very sticky. And this is pretty much every visit

This location messes up orders constantly. Beware that they will serve you a plain latte almost every time regardless of your specific order. Always check your bag if you order food before you pull away, half the time they give the wrong item. I can only imagine that they rely on folks not complaining because they are just off the highway.

Ordered light ice, but nearly half of the venti cup was still filled with ice. The matcha powder wasn’t mixed well and it looked more like a spinach smoothie.
Those medicine balls are really good and helps you if you are having cold symptoms.

Seriously very disappointed at the service!! Once we got our drinks were all melted and nasty 😡We waited over 20 min for our drinks. The owner/manager needs to hire more staff or at least have your team speed up. Hire people that really want to work. PLEASE STOP WRITING NOTES/COMMENTS ON CUPS. NO ONE CARES ABOUT IT!!! Instead make orders faster please. And to the owner please don’t even bother to reply this review.

Honestly, this store took care of me accidentally. I dropped my drinks right off the door when I exited, and they were able to take care of me. Honestly, that truly defined customer service.
