We got there 10 minutes before 10pm and they were already closed! Why do you say you work until 10 but in reality closing sooner

We arrived at the location at 9 on a Thursday, and it says that they are open until 10 pm, we walk in and the man said that they were closed.
Subway is ways good. Very clean location. The restroom was very clean. The store smelled great as well. Fresh bread cooking.

I'm convinced the bad reviews for this place must be from before ownership changed. This is my favorite location to get my Subway from. I go at least once every week or 2 or sometimes multiple times a week. They are efficient, kind, and build my sandwich exactly the way I ask. I have had to stop going to the two locations by my house because they would limit how much vegetables I would put on my veggie delite sub. If I'm paying ~$12 for a sub with just vegetables, limiting me is CRAZY. Thankfully this location is great and doesn't shame me on my love for my veggie delite with extra olives. 10/10 recommend this specific location of Subway!

I will say that since new owners took over the store, it’s been SO much better. I have no idea why the old owners of this particular store would close up shop at like 4 pm (often times earlier than this). I do enjoy the new management and the longer hours that this store is open. The food is usually pretty standard for a subway but that is by no means a bad thing - I get my food and it tastes good. The only thing that still happens despite the change in management is that I often see that there is not a single employee up front unless someone is actively ordering a sub. This makes it hard to ask for literally anything since the one or two employees who are working just disappear into the back and rarely come out. So for that reason the service is not always great but otherwise this location isn’t bad and I’ve been frequenting this location for literally as long as I can remember.
