I had heard so much about this place I had to try it. I was really craving a New York style bagel. When I walked in I was immediately not impressed, it seemed dirty. I walked passed the case with all the salads and they looked awful. They obviously had been sitting and hadn't been stirred all day so they had that dry coating look to the top. Unappetizing. I ordered two everything bagels, one with chive cream cheese and one with butter. And two plain untoasted to go. That was $10.41. The cream cheese was ok, nothing special but it was a very light spread. Not like NYC. There was hardly any butter on the other bagel. The bagel itself was very under whelming. There was no chew. It could have been from the frozen section of the grocery store. Nothing stood out about it. I won't be going back. The bagel was pretty small too.

Awesome bagels!! They even put the seasoning on both sides. Friendly atmosphere.Ronnie and Johnny and there Uncle are the best.
Said my online order wasnt there then when it was sitting behind them they tried to make me pay a second time in shop

To way expensive for what they are offering,one small peace of smoked fish is 20$, not even whole foods doesn't have that prices!(one Start it's to much!)
Bagels are always fresh and consistent. The sandwiches are just done right, especially the breakfast sammies... recommend!

I ordered two sandwiches, and the person behind the counter talked to me on and off for my oder while preoccupied, which I had to reiterate 3 times. When I got home, my daughter was complaining that the begal was hard and chewy. My bialy was also hard very difficult to chew. This was my first time at this establishment and last! Unfortunately!
