Worst employees. Asked for a chocolate donut and when got home noticed it was the wrong flavor. How hard it is to fill a simple order?

I have been there once, and had a really bad experience. Even though I was late work I waited for my order in line of drive thru for 10 minutes and after I opened my order, I realized that they havent followed my order instructions. I specifically ordered something with queso and NO BACON but I got no queso and bacon. They have to be more careful about these stuff due to dietary restrictions.

Took quite a few minutes to be acknowledged/get our order taken. My caramel macchiato tasted like nothing, or as if they put no caramel, and my boyfriends caramel cold brew didn't come with the cold foam.

I ordered a small coffee with extra sugar .y coffee had no sugar and when I wanted to take a sip it spilled on me because they didn’t close it right !Also ordered a bagel . It was burned .Can someone also tell them to add freaking napkins to the bags? Not like they pay for it !

Went in today at 7:30pm, asked for a chai, she gave me half of a large not even a full cup. Then asked her for a cup of ice and she said they did not have lids for my drink.

Staff are extremely rude and trashy. They had 2 cars taking 4 spaces, a elderly women couldn't park her car, I had to move mine to the other side of the lot for her to be a le to Park.To my surprise when I entered the place they Gang up on my asking me why I took a picture of their cars taking two spots.They are trashy, unprofessional. They should be reprimanded

What's not to love about Dunkin. It's my go-to place for coffee and of course donuts. I love their app and being able to customize and order ahead of time.
Service was terrible took them 30 minutes to take my order. They only had one employee working and it took forever. They had a poor selection of doughnuts and the food sucked. Very disappointed avoid this location at all costs.

I ordered avocado and roasted tomato toast. It was hard as a brick. I ordered French vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar…it didn’t taste sweet at all. I threw everything in the garbage, didn’t even finish it. Very disappointed

Yes didn't know the name of the drink I order. But she made it wrong the first time. I told her it was made wrong. Then she remade it. I had to explain how it gets made. I look up the name when I got home.. I just wanted a coolata ???
