This was, without a doubt, the most uplifting and enriching cheese stick experience of my entire life. There I stood, stuck in the clutches of indecision; to my left, an anxious crowd of customers waiting to order (read: two very friendly people), and to my right...a cooler, slowly sucking my soul into its yawning depths. I knew what I didn't want, sure, but what I wanted? How could I know that at 9AM in some random Starbucks in a different state, God?! I'm still figuring out who I am, give me a break!!Well, after navigating my human experience, and with kind, caring encouragement from Hannah, keeper of the beans, I finally reached out and grasped it - the answer to all of my questions, and the question to life's answer. My hands trembled; the sweat of revelation beaded on my brow; somewhere, an old fisherman learned to love again. I cradled my treasure in my palms for a moment before triumphantly slamming it down in front of the register, vindicating my efforts and dispelling all doubt. I was reborn. I also got a Royal English Breakfast Tea Latte a few minutes later, which was solid. In the end, I can't tell you how it tasted (the cheese stick, I mean), or whether I even ate it to begin with. Hell, I can't even tell you if this Starbucks even if exists. These questions have answers, sure, and those answers are probably in the store's camera system storage, and I could retrieve them for you, and we could have the burden of ignorance lifted, but I don't work there and getting said answers out of those little black domes on the ceiling is probably really, really hard.....but, what I can tell you is that it was worth it. Every second of it.Thanks, for everything.

Starbucks is our unofficial “third place” and we’ve been known to drive more miles than we care to admit to enjoy our favorite coffee drinks and breakfast items. Though many locations can get a little loud due to acoustics and caffeine-fueled chatter, the location on Willow road seemed a little quieter than most.I decided to take a tip from many other Starbucks customers and brought along my iPad for a little study while I enjoyed my mocha.

I personally love this location. Staff goes above and beyond in their service. The store manager Francisco is phenomenal. My order is always right and on time every time! Glad to have this Starbucks as part of my community.
The parking lot is a bit tough to get in and out of, but otherwise is a great

This is a great Starbucks to grab a quick, cuppa coffee, or sit down and have a long conversation with a friend. The big drawback is the parking. At prime time, good luck. wish they would do something about it, but there’s so much competition for this space.

I really like the Northfield location because the building reminds me of Midwestern Lake-front vacation towns. Starbucks is very consistent in terms of offerings and the team worked effeciently (even though I think they had a sign that said someone was in training) it has a decent parking lot but no drive-thru.

it took 15 minutes to do a hot chocolate and a butter croissant warmed up at 11:30 am!
Stopped at this Starbucks for a quick cold brew before hitting the highway. Fast and friendly service, barista made my drink in less than a minute. The cold brew was refreshing and satisfying, a reliable choice for a quick caffeine fix.

One of my favorite things about this location is the staff, they are always very friendly and helpful. Especially Jo, every time I come in he always remembers my order, and even suggested a few tweaks to make it my favorite drink on the menu.

I don’t usually have good experiences with Starbucks. But I love this location. I will drive out of my way to come to this Northfield location. I used to work down the street from this location so I’d come here often. Staff is always amazing and welcoming which is unheard of for Starbucks employees now a days. Greeted with a smile. Drinks are always good and taste the same each time.

One of the original handful of Chicago-area Starbucks back in 1987. Very difficult parking but a fine place still.

Just waited 20 minutes for a nitro cold brew. Worst Starbucks I have been to.
