For my wife's milestone birthday I ordered a carrot cake, her favorite, from Sweet Time. Now we have had many carrot cakes but this was the best ever. Beautiful to look at with a wonderful texture and a complexity of flavors. Our guests were amazed, impressed and silenced as they got busy with it. A tray of goodies was artistically displayed and equally delicious. I should mention as well that the baker worked our late order into a busy holiday schedule and even delivered it to our door. We could not have been more pleased.
