Best Tapas in the area! Went back last week and looks like they remodeled. And the food was always top notch and delicious! Place was packed on a Thurs night! And the Paella is always the best!! Love this place!!

The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere made you feel you were part of their family, the food was delicious and in the nice weather the out door seating is outstanding. I would highly recommend Tapas Gitana to everyone.

The place has become very tired… poor place used to be pretty good, chef was always grumpy but the food more than made up for it. It seems now like a lot of corners have been cut and the place could stand to be completely overhauled.

Feb 2024 What a difference a year made. Sangria and food are still good but service is very poor and the portion got very small. You get harassed for a tip, stuff demands a bigger tip but my question is for what..lousy service or miniscule portion?! I will not be coming back!Feb 2023 ...Great service, great food and perfect sangria..what more girl can ask for!

While the food and pricing is good, with a bit of outdoors, I have to take some points away for the atmosphere. It reminds me of a worn out bar/diner and if it weren't for the outdoors we wouldn't have even gone. The service was just OK and a bit of a language barrier existed. If you don't mind those items, the selection and flavors of the food were good. Not outstanding, but good. There is a large variety. I had the warm tapas octopus and couldn't tell I was eating octopus, just nuggets in a sauce. To me a few minutes to determine based on texture and hint of flavor. For a minute I thought I was eating my wife's potatoes. LOL.

This is a small, local restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and great tasting food. We celebrated a birthday with many tapas dishes to share and delicious sangria. Everything we ordered, we enjoyed and each was full of flavor. Save room for dessert!

We've enjoyed coming to this restaurant for years, but we were treated with such rudeness from the staff today that we won't be eating here anytime soon. Our family arrived at 5:30 pm (2 adults, 1 child). We forgot to make a reservation, but we knew that the restaurant would not be busy at this time and it wasn't. The restaurant was practically empty both inside and outside. When we asked the hostess to sit us outside, she rudely told us that the restaurant was really busy and they didn't know whether they could seat us at all. She went in the back to talk to another staff member and that staff member said the same thing to us, but they ultimately agreed to sit us inside. We immediately looked online to see how busy they were and they had reservations available for every single time slot. When we left the restaurant 90 minutes later, the inside was still completely empty aside from a couple of tables and the outdoor patio was half empty. While the food was good, the obnoxious attitude was appalling.
