Maybe they were short handed, but we didn't really have a server. A manager finally too Out order and my food came out before my friend's and the burger was dried out and well done when I ordered MR. When I finally got her attention again she did make good on the burger. No one wants to spend their lunchtime searching for help. There is a male manager who walked around earlier, but he was nowhere to be found when I needed service. Very disappointing.

The Happ Inn is justifiably popular in our area. Good food, good drinks, good service, reasonable prices, and a nice buzz of guests enjoying themselves. This is a solid neighborhood place, and we will Happily return. :)

I just ate my left over shrimp taco from last night's dinner. IT WAS SO GOOD I ALMOST GOT IN THE CAR TO GET MORE! Can't wait to go back. I already made another reservation.

Food quality and quantity very good. Manager stopped by often so see how things were going. When we got a pasta dish that was too spicy for our 3 year old grandson, he quickly corrected that mistake.
