Just left at 10pm on a Saturday. Went through the drive thru. Employee had a definite attitude due to failure to communicate or just didn't want us there. We hand him cash for our order. He missed a cone on our order & asked for the entire order price again! Not going back again.

Called to order birthday oreo cake. Not a special order- was told they needed 48 hours. Website says 24 hours. What do you know, I called the York ave store and they filled the order, 24 hour!

Dunkin Donuts in Northlake, Illinois. I just had a literal 10-minute discussion in the Drive-Thru line. . Everyday, I go to the same Dunkin Donuts in Northlake next to the Portillo's. . And every day that I've been there the people are wearing gloves. Today. They have a Saturday crew of kids. No one over the age of 19. . No manager. Before I asked for my order I asked them if they were using gloves. I have been doing that all places that I go to now I do it nicely and respectfully. . The guy looks at me and says, okay and reaches back and look behind him and said the guy says can you wear gloves? And the guy you can hear him say why?. So I think it's just a joke because this is the same Dunkin Donuts. I come to every day. So now the guy that's going to hand me The drinks is about to give it tome. I look at him and his hands are literally on top of the lids. Pushing down and talking to the guy laughing and shaking my drink. So I put the car in park. . I asked him. Bro didn't I just ask you if you could please wear some gloves. The other two employees come from the back to argue with me and literally tell me if I am so worried about being out here. With the covid-19. Why am I coming through their drive-thru? . I literally took off my seat belt adjusted myself so I can look at them directly and ask them do they not see what is going on? . And I asked him again. Why are you not wearing gloves. And they said their manager doesn't make them. The guy looked at me and says I'm being serious. The manager says we do not have to wear them since w.e're touching everything and it's going to cost too much to continue to change gloves. . Needless to say I stopped arguing. I asked for my money back and I will never go to the Dunkin Donuts in Northlake, Illinois. The one next to the Portillo's. . They don't give a s***. And that is f***** up. . they literally said the manager said we don't need to do use them. I said dont you care. He said I care. But I dont see it as serious like that.. ???? Bro my mind exploded inside like WTF??? . I get on the Dunkin Donuts website and it clearly says that all of their employees especially with what is going on at this moment need to wear gloves for everything handling food and especially beverages. . It's f****** terrible. Of non-caring like that. That sucks because I loved that dunkin right there. This is not me over reacting at all. This is not me over doing anything . I truly heard about the young people not giving a s*** on TV, you know, and you take that for what it is when you hear it on TV, but when you actually see it and f****** feel it. I got a chill down my spine, bro. . I'm thinking there. They are right there cuz of the ones that they're talking about that just don't give a s*** absolutely whatsoever. They don't care because they don't believe it. . That is f***** up. I will let there. Main office know about that Dunkin Donuts and I will let them know word for word what they said. I'm so mad. I did not even think of having my camera on. .NORTHLAKE IL DUNKIN Donuts. No safety measures. Dont go there. If you know someone that works there cuz this is a very small world. . Let them know that people are going to start talking s*** about them, and I'm going to make sure of that s***. ... It might become my first post of the day every morning. Just to make sure it stays in people's mind for the next however many weeks we're into this. To the owner. It is a shame. You are in our town. We use you everyday. Fix this now. I promise i go back there 1 more time this week. If i see the same. And if your employees tall to me again lile that. Or say that you are the reason why they dont use gloves. I promise to bring. Every news channel in Chicago. Channel 2-5-7-9. I promise.

Utterly disgusted if you have the stomach for coming to this Dunkin' Donuts pay attention to the plastic gloves they aware that they handle your order with they will wear the same glove at the register to spray down and wipe down the counters clean off tables and take out the trash I was watching and discussed when they made an order for someone in the drive-through and then they actually did the same with me with two donuts and a cuppa coffee and I asked her actually I told her she needs to change the glove that she just got done emptying the garbage can with I guess I inconvenienced her because she gave me a dirty look unbelievably disgusting this is how people get sick

We ordered 3 small hot chocolates and the workers were being rude. They told us to come here after we ordered through drive-thru. They didn't even fill the cup all the way up. Did us bogus. Smh
Location is close to work so that's a perk but they drag a bit in the mornings... always packed with a lot of customers...good for them but long wait for customers

If I could give this Dunkin a zero !!! Horrible customer service I waited more than 10 minutes for large coffee. No one standing at counter to help me. When I told the guy with glasses That the service was horrible "he said why you come here? I will never give this business a dime!!!!!!

1. they never get my orders right 2. i called corporate on their butts and their service is terrible 3. my order is as simple as can be: -Caramel Iced Coffee with Cream and NO sugar they always f*** my s*** up 4. I have worked at fast food places and i know what it is like to work when it is busy. literally no reason to be messing up orders that bad
