Fresh crisp Garden Greens tossed with Red Onion, sliced red & yellow Bell Pepper, shredded Carrot, Grape Tomato; topped with generous amounts of Turkey, Ham, Cheese, Cucumber wheels, and a sliced Egg. Try it with Cuomo's Signature Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Crisp Baby Romaine & Leaf Lettuce dusted with grated Parmesan Cheese and tossed with sliced Red Onion and Egg. Topped with Italian seasoned grilled Chicken Breast with fresh baked Croutons and Caesar Dressing on the side.

Chopped Salad

My wife and I hired Cuomo to cater our wedding. They were recommended to us by a family friend. We worked with Tom, Peach and Yaritza directly. They had very clear communication and they had a lot of recommendations to keep the wedding organized even parts that were outside of the food. They had a whole tasting that had every popular options available and they let us bring 2 guests to it. They also provided us with linens, chair covers and bows for the chairs!
