I only go to this Dunkin if it’s my day off and I’m in this side of town. Definitely doesn’t compete to my preferred Dunkin spots but this locations gets the job done. Giving it a 3/5 rating!

Unprofessional Service and Poor Quality Food. Go to another location! I drove to this location over other nearby options only to find they had not opened the front doors on-time per the business hours marked at the front door they opened at 6:00am. There were already three employees inside but they decided not to open the main doors. When I knocked on the door they ignored me, it was clear they weren’t in a rush to open the front door to customers even though it was already past opening time. It’s winter and snowy with ice outside so I did not want to drive to another location. I called the phone number and finally they answered and told me to come in through the side door which was not shoveled and full of ice and snow. Why, because they didn’t feel like walking over to open the front doors. Once inside, the cashier and manager had an attitude. The donuts were hard and cold, clearly not fresh donuts. There are plenty of other good options in the area, spend your money somewhere else.

I can see why this location has only 3 stars the last 3 times I stop at this location my coffee was horrible they won’t get any more of my money… when I call back to speak to someone the manager or the owner spoke to me on the speakerphone, it was so much going on. He wasn’t the nicest as well so if you’re gonna stop at this location, beware

This Dunkin has the best workers! The girls always have a big smile on their faces greeting me. The coffee is awesome every time! The only Dunkin I will be going to for now on because of those ladies! Wish I could give 10 stars for Service!
