Everyone was so welcoming and informative! The fall punch refresher and choco pb shake are both so good, and I can’t wait to go back to try a waffle or some protein mini donuts!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The prices are competitive and the food is great! I always feel good after drinking my shakes. I’m glad they left a flyer on my window because otherwise I wouldn’t have seen them.😊
This is a really good place to go. I’m in the off season right now so it’s a great to come for nutrition. I advise all the local atheletes and weight lifters to try this place. Good food, good drinks, and good people!
