They run out of food and you have to wait extremely long wait times until they make it again. Those young girls at the front counter seem incompetent. They wouldn’t be able to handle a job harder than a cashier.
I had the new spicy orange chicken bowl 🥣 it was AWESOME. I like to cut up my food, but No plastic knives. Sad day 😞

I did a mobile order and still had to wait for my food to be prepared. Everything on their menu now is spicy. I won't be returning.

Haven't had panda in a long while, the new crispy chicken was good, but honestly the rice and noodles were mediocre, the portions are also way smaller than they used to be. It's ok for when I'm starving while at work. Other than that it's not an option.

My husband went to place a order around 8:15 maybe 8:20. The young lady took his order and had him waiting just to tell him they didn't have anything that he ordered. I thought the restaurant closed at 9 pm. And if they was breaking everything down she could've said it before letting him place his order and waiting. Can you let us know when you take the last order because the customers want to know.
Excellent
Called before hand to ask what time they close, they told me 9.
Got there are 8 and they had nothing made besides the rice and chow mein. Guys in the back just fooling around, and the manager see there’s nothing made and doesn’t even tell the cooks to start making more. Only girl that was working was the girl making the plates. Felt bad for her because there was a line of customers and her incompetent coworkers were just fooling around.
Oh well. At least for myself, not going back. I’ll go to the Pop and Mom Chinese Food next time.

Literally was able to hold the amount of orange chicken they gave me for my food. My noodles literally take over the plate. Very disappointed. My toddler was able to eat that and more. Their getting really cheap with their food servings. I also asked for sweet and sour along with extra sauces and I got four packages of the wrong sauce completely. Not to mention the food tasted terrible and super dry.

I really liked the flavor and texture of the food, the employee didn't pay much attention and made a mistake when serving what I asked for and so she gave it to me, that made me uncomfortable because I explained to her that I didn't want that and she said that she already had it. served

No culture. Unapologetically refuses to give a sample of food when requested. Any normal establishment would oblige and has in the past. Who would buy unknown food without trying first. Fernanda was the employee.
