I can’t think of a single more incompetent place than this Portillos. Order there multiple times a week $150+ EACH TIME. and yet they can NEVER ever seem to get it right. Receipt always right, but food wrong. Imagine not knowing how to make a burger, or put fries in the bag. 5 orders of fries- 1 missing completely, 4 barely half way full. My employees have been waiting for lunch and now they’ll wait some more while we go BACK to Portillo because they couldn’t get it right the first time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else- trust me you don’t need or want the inevitable headache. Side note- this is not a one time issue, it’s EVERY time we come & is beyond ridiculous. Zero accountability. Train your employees for the love of god. McDonald’s is putting this location to shame. A rhorrible blemish on an otherwise awesome franchise.

Nice place, definitely a Chicago atmosphere If this is "Chicago" food, I liked it - seems like it hasn't reached its maximum potential-they could use it as a sports bar in the evenings

Was given the wrong flavor cake shakes, and the Spiced Caramel cake shake wasn't made correctly as the shake did not have the taste of that flavor, nor was cake at the bottom of the cup. I'll stick to other Portillo's locations for consistency and quality.

Food was very good, although the place is quite crowded.
I only get the Italian beef. It is the best in my area to me. The beef seems to get less and less. However, it is still good.

Just ordered and the staff gave the Uber Eats driver the order half filled. Went back to get the other half of our order and they STILL forgot the cheese sauce for my CHEESE fries and failed to include the bread with my wife’s salad. Lousy lousy service
