Tried to place an order over the phone on 09/22 @ 7pm and the gentleman who answered the phone seemed bothered to be placing the phone order. I was asked my name 3 times followed by the longest and most awkward silence. If you don't want the business then close the restaurant.

Not sure where my previous review went but here it is again since it’s conveniently gone.
This might be the worst potbelly in the country. I periodically order all of my employees lunch here and they can’t ever seem to get it right. Last time we ordered 8-10 subs and 2 or 3 were messed up.. so instead of owning it and apologizing, the employee just told me “well next time place your order online.”
So against my better judgement, my employees wanted potbelly again yesterday. This time I ordered it online, and imagine that- they still found a way to screw it up. I figured it was as simple as reading to ticket that comes out, but I guess that’s too difficult for them. The ticket and receipt printed perfectly.. but you guessed it- they still got it wrong.
When I’m spending $175+ on lunch, I expect my order to be right. This is the kind of problems you expect at subway where subs are $5, not Potbelly. I don’t mind how expensive potbelly is (my sandwich was $26+ itself) but if you’re going to charge a premium price, you’d better have a premium product.
I get that stuff happens, and typically I wouldn’t bash another business over a mistake.. but as I said last time they messed up they were rude and told me I should’ve ordered online. Just goes to show, despite your order method- they’ll still find a way to mess it up.
Kiss all of our big expensive orders goodbye- barring a miracle, we won’t be coming back.

Customer Service is awful. They put you on hold on the phone forever and sometimes never come back, or they just straight up hang up on you. Spoke to management once, and it was the same thing. Should look up better who you're hiring for this type of places.

Placed an online order for 2 sandwiches , when I arrived for pick up place was busy , worker stated it would be a moment. I noticed they started working on walk in orders instead , I waited over 30 minutes to finally receive my order. Sandwiches were cold and plastic was found inside my sandwich.!

The times I do go to this shop the food is usually good, But the treatment I received especially from the bigger guy at the front was not very welcoming and he was slow with my order don't think about going here again.
