Went there about 1030 mainly to get chicken pot pie soup . Ordered 2 wreck sandwiches and 2 Bowls of soup. They fixed my sandwiches then told me the soup won't be ready for another half hr. You should of told me when I ordered . Drove 10 minutes down the street to Elmhurst to get my soup. When I could have ordered all at one location.
My experience at Potbelly was wonderful, despite receiving the wrong sandwich initially. The staff promptly recognized their mistake and made sure to prepare the correct one for me. They were incredibly friendly and polite. Although it's a bit chilly inside, this place is still very enjoyable. It would be even better if they could provide heating.

The ladies who were doing the sandwich were ok. They were not that friendly. The ambience is average. Same decor nothing has changed. I used to live around here long ago over 10 years and it looks the same.
Would I recommend this place? YES! for the food.
