Poor service, and the sandwich is completely different from the picture, missing so much food, I don't recommend this place.

I used the buy one get one for $1 deal on the app today 6/16/25. I arrived early since I work nearby. My order was two footlong Meatball sandwiches with all the veggies. I noticed only 7 meatballs per sandwich were used. I asked the person if they have switched from 8 meatballs to 7 per sandwich. I thought maybe store policy changed. He then said I give you 8 and instead of fixing it, he proceeded in front of me count really fast according to him 8 meatballs. I counted in my head again and only saw 7 per sandwich. 3 on one half and 4 on the other half, I was shorted two meatballs total but I was not going to argue with him. Please be aware of this practice at this location. The floor was filthy like it had not been mopped in days. I normally go to a diferent location but because of construction in the area I have been coming here instead this might be my last.

I have only had great experiences every time at this location. Great and friendly crew and fast service as well. This is the best location to go to.
This location is under new management. Store had just been freshly mopped. The women's restroom was clean. The staff was a bit more friendly than the previous one. They also honor coupons at this location now.

Ordered online, when I got to the restaurant they had no record of my order. Checked my email and Subway sent a message stating "Your order was cancelled, see store for information." The store employees pretty much just shrugged their shoulders and were of no help. I'll never step foot in a Subway again. No wonder this company is dying.

Would not except footlong coupon with good date. Told them I didn’t want it without coupon and left. Proceeded to watch them from my vehicle dismantle sandwich put ingredients back. Seems like a health code violation?

The best for the money is the 9.00 footlong, all the sandwiches taste the same, except meatball, costs too high, no coupons accepted BAD DEAL, other sandwich shops have better deals and more meat on the sandwich. Sorry not worth it to us anymore. Potbelly, jimmy johns, etc all more for the money.
