Why do I have thru the option of tipping when paying . This isn’t a restaurant that’s ridiculous

Tried to order food and was told it’s closed even though they don’t close for another 15 minutes. It don’t take nothing but 3-4 minutes to make a sandwich.

Walked in 10 min before 9 and got told they where closed but everything was still out and the kid behind the counter making himself a sandwich. What a way to treat a trucker thats been on the road all day

Horrible service Bad attitudes from workers who look like brothers. DO not go to this subway how you going to tell me only onions and olives go on a pizza that I want. It's my pizza i can put whatever i want on my pizza. I go to this subway alot but believe me this is the last time I'm going there.

Early on May 31st, 2019 I was looking for an all night place to eat. It was 2:30 AM so, I looked on the net & found SUBWAY 8345 W. North Ave. Melrose Pk., IL. Their site stated open 24/7. I ordered online using my cr. card. I wasted my time going there as when I arrived the store was closed. I realize that Memorial Day was the day before. However the web site indicated they were open & my Visa was readily accepted. I also received an email telling me my order would be ready at 3:00 AM. Perhaps I should've known better being that it was the day following Memorial Day. Perhaps Subway should've know better than to state on their web site that they were open. Additionally, I question how is it that my card was charged by a store that was closed & then to email me telling me what time to pick it up. I wasted an hour of my time, plus I'll have to spend more time calling Visa to dispute the $15.17 charge. What a pain in the a***

I've been in here a couple of times now. And I've got to say that this is by far the best subway I've been too and received great service. I believe Ayleen is the young ladies name that I always ask to make my sand which when she's there. Very polite and great personality you can right away tell off her energy that she's not going to make your sandwich as fast as she can so she can go back on her phone. Would definitely give that young lady a raise!!

By far, my favorite Subway! The employees are super nice and try to memorize your order. Great Subway.

(Translated by Google) To eat them from time to time is fine, they are tasty, freshly baked bread, fresh vegetables, I liked the soup there is. That's why I recommend it.

24 hours easy parking great staff Its a warm welcome for night shift workers who dont want to venture to austin/madison where you might get shanked.

I like this Subway over the others. They always treated me well. Great service. They usually have coupons and all. And cash back on Yelp and Groupon+. I usually will picked this location over Walmart's and Shell gas station one.

SIX INCHES OF SATISFACTION Get your minds out of the gutter, I'm talking about toasted sub sandwiches here. There's no fewer than SEVEN different Subways along a 4-mile stretch of North Ave, each one essentially a carbon copy. Why there's so f*ckin' many, I honestly don't know. This location in Northlake is only marginally nicer/cleaner/better than the rest. A special 6" sub is featured every day of the week Monday thru Friday; the Italian BMT on Thursdays are my go-to. You can add chips + drink for a few bucks extra, bringing your lunch total to a very reasonable $6.50. The offering of a free cookie comes in the form of a Yelp check-in, rather than the whole back-of-the-receipt shtick. Bathroom was relatively tidy; I appreciate the jet engine-esque Xcelerator hand dryer, since paper towels are just so wasteful. That alone gives this Subway a leg up on the others. Not much else to say, aside from me being happy to snag yet another 'First To Review' following a quick lunch. Toasty!
