Service has dropped to the point of absurdity. An order took forty five minutes for ASAP pickup on the app. I specifically ordered it and stayed at home for twenty minutes because my last several orders have been excruciatingly slow, and it was still not ready when I arrived.

Additionally, I just sat awkwardly and unacknowledged near the pickup station for fifteen minutes.

I ordered the $7 box that consist of 1cheesy burrito1 cruncht taco 1 chulpa 1 nachos w/cheese and a drink. Well the culpa was not fully cooked seemed like it was put in a microwave, the crunchy taco was stale and they forgot the cheese for the chips. I didn't even try the burrito cause I was so disappointed.

Employee doesn't seem to understand the menu - I ordered the cantina chicken dippers exactly as shown on the menu but they kept mansplaining it as if I misunderstood what I wanted. Also be aware that the hours posted on the door are wrong - I was unable to use the restroom an hour and a half before close.

Upon arriving at the taco Bell in North lake the front counter was closed saying use kiosk so went to use kiosk and the screen was cracked so could not see the whole screen,waited for the other one that a customer was on went to that kiosk placed my order,2 of the $7.00 boxes and 2 chalupa ,waited about 20 minutes for the boxes then said I still have 2 chalupa coming one girl who was doing the drive thru said it is not on the screen I said yes it is I just paid $29 for 2 boxes and 2 chalupa and 2 large drinks. The two ladies looking at the drive thru girl laughing made the chalupa by throwing them on the counter banging the scooper on the counter and then was hardly any meat nor cheese or anything in them I'm very disappointed and very rude ladies. No apologies nothing,no thank you sorry about the wait. Most ignorant people in service industry.

Went thru the drive thru today and the lady at the drive thru could barely speak English struggle for about 10 minutes to get my order right then when she asked if I wanted to round up to dontate to charity I said no and she still tried to up charge me then I asked for Diablo sauce and was told it 26 cents since when do u charge for sauce then when I got my food shed didn't even put the stuff in a plastic bag just a paper bag and the box under it then when I eat my food the lettuce tasted unwashed and old it was noon no reason for the food to be old then definitely going to the taco bell in frankin park next time

I honestly don’t even know what the deal is with this location anymore. I’m absolutely convinced at this point that every single employee either can’t read, doesn’t care/is weirdly spiteful or all of the above.

Every time that I order for delivery I ask for mild sauce. They repeatedly have given me Diablo, like 20 of them, and 2 milds. Tonight I got 0 and asked for 7. What is it?? Some kind of vendetta against people who want mild sauce? The fact that you repeatedly give me 3 handfuls of the exact opposite sauce has me just absolutely furious at this point.

Tonight y’all didn’t give me my drink! And like 5 times before this too! READ. Or go do something else.. I’m done with this location. You guys suck

The cashier at the window Eva we went today and she didn’t charge correctly. Forget our whole order. Charged again. This Taco Bell went down hill. Cashier still gave attitude
