Food was supposed to be ready by 7:25 we ordered through the app to avoid the wait. Waited at the place til 8 pm and food still wasn’t ready. I understand I ordered on a Saturday and they are busy but the app or site should space out better pick up times. Waiting for more than 30 min total wait time more than an hour for 50 wings and some sides. While family members waiting for food . Really really disappointed.

I have NEVER had a problem with this wing stop until today. I used DoorDash to place my order and I order the 2 for 15 meal which includes 2 drinks, 1 large fry, 15 wings. My were special order all flats-well done. Now DoorDash estimated time for my food to be done was 20 minutes, my order was for pick up so I went to pick it up after the 20 minutes it wasn’t ready. The cashier said they don’t drop the wings until the person gets there? so I waited some more as NUMEROUS other people received their food. Now I understand that my order was “all flats and well done” so that takes more time but the problem was when I finally received my order order I was missing a wing?‍? it was split into two flavors so I was to get 7 and 8 I had received 6 and 8. So I nicely took the wings back up to the counter to the cashier to show her I’m missing a wing she insisted that she counted right and she said this MORE than once while I’m showing her I’m missing a wing?after her saying this she gave me my missing wing. The wait time was ridiculous for the order to still be short I don’t appreciate it at all. 11/7/2024 time: 12-2pm

The wings here are very expensive for what they sell. They gave me some horrible dry small wings and the cashier guy has a very bad attitude.

I place large orders here every once in awhile for all my employees, today I waited on hold for 17 minutes before I just hung up and ordered my 200 wings elsewhere. I get being busy, but answer the phone- explain the situation & then put the call on hold. Don’t just answer the phone and click the hold button. F customer service
