I called in an order and was quoted 15 minutes. Came to pick up 20 minutes after I called. Was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. I waited the 15 and it still wasn’t close to being done. I don’t mind waiting when I’m quoted correctly. I just got my refund and left. It’s poor customer service on their part. The girl who answered the phone/checked people out. The manager who did a refund and tried in no way to keep the business or compensate for the wait. I don’t usually go here but I definitely won’t be back.

I love this place, I just wish my order was correct. I got the garlic parm instead of lemon pepper. I don’t really like parm so I didn’t get to enjoy it 🙃

Ordered on the wingstop app for delivery. Waited the allotted time and food didnt show up I called to get it checked on the “manager “ openly admitted to my order not being good given the time it just sat waiting for it to be delivered and refused to make it over nor credit me. Saying it an DoorDash problem poor customer service to assess the situation highly disappointed given this place is my go too and all that had to be done was for my food to be remade.

Over 5 classic wings which they failed to put in my bag. Called back to inform them about, was told I would have a credit and could pick it up later. Went to order more food and inquired about my credit. Lies. You stole my money and tried to make me look like a fool because i tried to get what I paid for. Never again Wingstop! Especially the Manager, poor customer service. I guess I should expect less from a chicken shack!

The staff are usually nice, I haven't had a bad experience over the years of going there. They can get busy sonif you're doing a to go order I would order ahead online. Hot Honey Rub is my new favorite flavor ever since they made it permanent. Other than that I'd say Lemon Pepper and Garlic parmesan are a good combo.

10/10 service the workers there on 7/18/25 that worked around 3:30-4:00 are ON POINT 🫶🏼 we always get sauce on our sauce less wings bc they always put them in the same container, BUT NOT THIS TIME! a def wingstop win today 👍🏻
